Great customer service. Answered our questions over the phone with no pressure to buy. The customer service agent also provided us with the contact information for a company that sold replacement weights, as we had lost one for an old 1950's cuckoo clock during a move. We ordered and received that weight and now our 70 year old clock once again ticks.

Delivery was fast. We were given a tracking number and could follow the path of our clock.

The clock arrived with our certificate of authenticity and an instruction book that walked us through the set up of the clock, and it was easy to follow. The clock itself is absolutely beautiful, the workmanship and detail is amazing. It is something we are going to be proud to leave to our children and grandchildren.

I am very disappointed with the service of the Bavarian Clockworks. First of all the clock did not arrive on time. Second I had a hard time setting the time and getting in contact with them but when I did they were able to help. Then for no reason the clock fell off of the wall when I picked it up and Put it on the kitchen table it was in pieces one of the acorn weights was off and the chain was all broken apart and when I looked closer the acorn that was still hanging on the weights and attached to the clock were coming apart. I'm sure that acorn would Have fallen off to and I believe when it broke off it just jarred the clock and the whole thing came off and went to the floor.

Shopping was easy on your website, especially to compare with other vendors. Hopefully, I will be fully satisfied once I receive my clock. At that point, I will be able to make a more complete recommendation. Thank You.
I received my clock within 4 days of placing my order and can now report that I am very proud of this marvelous work of art! The hand carved clock is absolutely beautiful! It was carefully packed for shipping. Set up instructions were easy to follow, and the clock worked perfectly from the first tic-toc and cuckoo. This clock will become an heirloom in our family in the years to come, I am sure. I am happy that I chose to buy from Bavarian Clockworks and can certainly recommend this company 100%.
