Beautiful clocks and easy checkout process
Anxious to receive the cuckoo clock. It will be replacing a cuckoo clock I brought back from Germany in 1970. It will have a lot to live up to.
Update: Received the clock sooner than expected. Packaging was excellent and clock arrived in excellent condition. Instructions for unpacking, assembly and setup were very good. The cuckoo clock worked as soon as the weights were placed on their hooks and the pendulum was set in motion. It continues to keep time non-stop since I started it nearly 4 days ago. I am very satisfied with my choice and purchase.
Found all the info I needed to make decision
The clock is beautiful and was the perfect surprise for my husband. Our only issue of shipping fees was quickly resolved and I was greatly appreciative of the responsiveness of Bavarian Clocks. Thank you for this masterpiece!

Great selection, prices, and website. The quality of the clock is as good as or better than our 30+ year old clock. The feature to turn off the chime when guests are at our house was a pleasant suprise. We have another heirloom clock, highly satisfied.

Bob was very responsive answering my questions. Very excited to receive this clock. I've been looking for awhile and this one is perfect.
The clock does have a little flaw in the wood trim where it meets the chalet roof. It is hard to notice and I'll probably put a small bead of glue so the veneer doesn't fall off. Beautiful clock!
