I looked on Ebay and Amazon and am very impressed. With this site. I have always wanted a original coo coo clock and recently my friend went to Germany and bought one. She told me of this site. It was hard to choose on my budget but, know I made the right choice. Have not taken the clock out of the box yet but, from what I see it is Beautiful. Very Pleased!

Fast response! However I have been having a difficult time getting the clock to run on time. It either seems to be five minutes slow or five minutes fast. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I just can't seem to correct it. HELP!
I did some extensive "shopping around" for a particular style of Cuckoo clock and Bavarian Clockworks happened to have the Adolf Herr clock I was looking for. I am always wary about making online purchases for foreign products (Germany in this case) so I called the number on the website and was delighted that this clock shop in based in the USA. This is important for 2 reasons: Accountability and you don't have to deal with customs or the import taxes. If you need service, Bavarian Clockworks is immediately responsive accessible. Now, lets get to the most important part. When I opened the box, I was surprised that the clock was stunningly beautiful. A work of art indeed...really, the pictures do not do justice. I am extremely satisfied with the personalized service I received, speed of shipment, and quality of product. I would shop here again and have no reservations recommending friends and family to Bavarian Clockworks.
The clock was delivered with the steeple broken off and the tree also. I glued thee pieces back on. Looks okay now. But maybe this is something that you could look into to correct problems like this.
Very informative and helpful. I followed the picture instructions to a tee. My family and I could not be happier. The kids never enjoyed telling time so much. This is a treasure that will live with us for generations.
