I absolutely love my Anton Schneider bear with cubs cuckoo clock. It was a Christmas gift to myself! :) Working with Bavarian Clockworks was a smooth process. I ordered a clock for my mother for Christmas and have to say she was completely happy. It works perfectly and the sound the cockoo clock makes is very pretty. She's owned cockoo clocks forever and is a bit of a cockoo connoisseur, so to make her happy is saying a lot about the quality of the clock. We will buy from Bavarian Clockworks again. 100% happy with the purchase.

The site was excellent with a wide variety of clocks. I used you on line chat for help in choosing a clock and Charlie who helped me several times was very helpful and patient with my questions.
The clock arrived very quickly and was very well packaged. Set up was easy. The clock was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. On line pictures can't do justice the detail and fine finish.

I was told the clock would arrive before Christmas so I ordered it. Unfortunately it did not arrive until afterwards. I was very disappointed and will not order from here again and will advise others to do the same.

In order for clock to sing and play music one should open the latch of the coco door. Mine was closed and didn't know why its not working until I watched u-tube videos for trouble shooting.

Thank you, love the clock, it is a memory of a previous clock we had that broke due to mishandling during a home move. The only issue is getting it to keep time correctly, the factory setting for the pendulum was not correct, way too fast. Still tuning the setting after 3 days, getting close.
