Beautiful items, good pricing, great clock details.

This was a special gift for my sister's 6oth birthday as she has cancer. She has always wanted an authentic cuckoo clock and she was thrilled to receive it.
Excellent service and very good quality.

The buying experience was very smooth and the clock was delivered on time. The product is as stated on the website and you will get all the information that is needed to setup up the clock and get it running on the website.

2) Clock arrived in perfect condition (packing, etc.)

The clock is an intricate work of art. I sent it to my son and daughter-in-law for their 10th wedding anniversary. It was easily assembled and hung.

Excellent service!

Our clock was beautiful, however 3 pieces were broken off the clock when it arrived. We had to attach them again. We were able to do so without much trouble but perhaps it should have been better packed for shipping.

Found the video helpful. Clock arrived sooner than we expected. Instructions were clear and helpful.
