I've bought from Bath and Body for a very long time and I used to genuinely love it. In-store, you used to be able to get $10-off-$30 coupons if you took the surveys on your receipt, and the coupons had no limitations. They were pure gold when it came time for the semi-annual sales. But gradually I started to see things change; they got rid of those survey deals, they started placing all kinds of small-print limitations on the other coupons (to the point where they're mildly deceptive), and they basically just re-run the same exact emails deals again and again at regular intervals. I also noticed that during their semi-annual sales now, they don't offer the really good fragrances that everyone wants--it's essentially only the seasonal stuff. And the percentage off is not nearly as high as it used to be. I figured I might still be able to get a good deal online, but I had the same experience as others had--they hide the cost in shipping and you can either use a discounted shipping code or some other code, never both. So you're never really saving. I don't recommend online shopping with them, and I would also say, if you're going to buy with them at all these days, only go for the semi-annual.

I enjoy shopping from the Bath and Body Works website almost as much as the brick and mortar stores. The site is easy to use, you can get new fragrances as well as "retired" ones, good coupons are available on the website, and shipping is fast. They have a flat rate shipping of $5.99, but most of the time there's a coupon for free shipping or 20% your entire purchase, etc. You can make free returns to the stores, which a readily available. Also, they WILL take something back you've used but didn't like. Great company, great website!

I ordered several items thinking I entered correct discount code but once I checked out the saw that discount had not been applied. I emailed customer service explaining that my discount code wasn't accepted. They promptly credited my card the difference in price. No hassles, no emails back and forth. This is second time in dealing with their awesome customer service. First time I called was when I received a candle damaged in transit. They issued a refund and even told me to be careful in disposing the candle so I wouldn't hurt myself. Great customer service.

I am a faithful BBW shopper both in the store and on their site. Normally I have no complaint but lately I have noticed a real issue in their email marketing campaigns. They are sending them after the deadline for the promotion has ended but putting subjects like "today only" or "final hours". Then you click and find out you missed the promo. Their answer from Customer Service is "sorry". All I can say is just be sure you read the fine print.

I love the BBW foaming hand soaps, but I'm somewhat disabled, so it's hard for me to go to the store in the mall and haul out 15 lbs of products! The online site has a far better selection, and there is often a coupon online (or they include one in your box when you purchase online). Along with the foaming hand soaps, there are often good sales for the Wallflower scents and the lotions. The products come usually within a week. I DO recommend this site.

I love Bath and Body Works! Whether I'm in the store or online, I never encounter any issues! They always have great deals and I can use coupons too! One of the benefits of doing business online is that I won't be tempted to pick things up, which leads to decreased occurrences of me accidentally dropping things, which happens a bit more often than I'd like to admit :( Also another benefit of ordering online is that you can get all of your favorite out of season scents because of their clearance section! Love them!
