They have decent prices and usually a good selection. Never had an issue with sales associates, and they were willing to go in back to see if they had more of something out of stock on shelves.
I could go broke every time I shop here! Expensive but so worth it... The lotions and sprays cannot be matched. Candles, soaps... I get lost in this place.

I love all their stuff. Whenever I go to their outlet I end up buying a bag full. My day starts with their shower gel, body cream and mist. I am amazed by the large variety they have.

I just love their three wick candles. They are amazing and last forever. I love their sales. They could do a little faster shipping, but other than that, I love them.
Yes, they are more expensive than some. However, the quality is well worth it. Their candles last longer and smell stronger than any I have found, some for more money. PLUS, they have these incredible sales! I just hit their 2 for 1 sale over the weekend and, with a 20% off coupon, ended up getting my candles for 35% of retail! I HIGHLY recommend this company.
Bath & Body Works candles are the best, even better than Yankee Candle. They last a long time and the scents are great.
I'm sure this company has some products that work well, but I can't even go near the entrance without being overcome with the fragrances. I have actually gone in once, and every individual product I smelled was overwhelming and very sweet. Obviously, this is a personal preference, and some people probably love it. But I love my perfume, so why overpower it?
High quality lotions, soaps, & even candles! I love the "Buy 2 get 1 free" deals they offer quite frequently!
Favorite store love all the different lotion soap for man and woman soap for both candles they have the best product and love there plugging oils

For many years this was one of my favorite places to shop. A few years ago I noticed they cut their in-store customer service. First it was no BBW boxes for large volume purchases. Then, no more BBW shopping bags. Next they eliminated the small cello bags with BBW ribbons for tying for gifting. I'm expecting them soon to require customers to bring their own bags. I took to ordering online but now have restricted my orders to only a few times a year when their hand soaps go on sale. I buy in bulk. There are still some fragrances I like, although most of the old classics have been retired. I realize times are hard and I hope they do not shutter their brick and mortar locations.

I've bought from Bath and Body for a very long time and I used to genuinely love it. In-store, you used to be able to get $10-off-$30 coupons if you took the surveys on your receipt, and the coupons had no limitations. They were pure gold when it came time for the semi-annual sales. But gradually I started to see things change; they got rid of those survey deals, they started placing all kinds of small-print limitations on the other coupons (to the point where they're mildly deceptive), and they basically just re-run the same exact emails deals again and again at regular intervals. I also noticed that during their semi-annual sales now, they don't offer the really good fragrances that everyone wants--it's essentially only the seasonal stuff. And the percentage off is not nearly as high as it used to be. I figured I might still be able to get a good deal online, but I had the same experience as others had--they hide the cost in shipping and you can either use a discounted shipping code or some other code, never both. So you're never really saving. I don't recommend online shopping with them, and I would also say, if you're going to buy with them at all these days, only go for the semi-annual.
