Love this store! Great sales and quality of the items they sell. They continue to impress me with the scents they come up with and their lotions and body sprays are fantastic.
My daughter and I love everything that we purchase from Body and Bath Works. We love our tried and true scents and then we love to try some of the seasonal scents as well. We both have a lot of stuff from Bath and Body Works. I recently received a large bag of goodies for Mother's Day!
Every product I've ever used has been top notch. They use great ingredients in their products and all the scents, especially in their signature lotions are extremely long lasting.
My only complaint is they seem to stop making scents that are very popular! I would give 5 stars if they didn't seem to always discontinue my favorite scents!
I've been shopping at Bath & Body Works for years and referred it to friends and family. It's one of my favorite places to shop and they always have something new to test out. The quality of their products are great and they stand up to their quality guarantee, which is great! I've shopped in-store and online and I'm satisfied with both experiences. Overall, a great place to shop.

My girlfriend randomly ordered bath and body work shower gel from amazon. Since then she ha tried many products and are in love with them.
You cannot go wrong with BBW, everything I have tried, shower gels, aromatherapy, candles, etc., have been great. Everything smells so good! The can be pricey, so I wait until they have the big sells and stock up.
This store has a wide range of products for the bathroom including soaps and other liquids. The prices are a little high unless you go when there is a sale.
Me and my daughters like to go to the store and buy some body spray perfume, hands lotions I like because they have good prices and good offers too
And is easy to find a store workers ther are very helpful and nice always have a smile for you
I love bbw products they look nice and smell nice and the price point is reasonable. I used to spend a lot more money thwre... until I had kids and became more aware of label reading and what kind of chemicals and ingredients are in every day products. Bath and body works disappoints me with their ingredient list unfortunately. There are many cancer causing, chemical ingredients in their products... so I have switched to essential oils and a diffuser and natural based products for my home. I might purchase the odd candle or gift here and there but until they formulate their products without chemicals I won't be purchasing there
They never go wrong with good product. I love the variety in all of it, especially the way they all smell together!
Bath & Body Works is seriously my favorite soap store. They send out great coupons in the mail, they have such a wide variety of soaps and smells, and the employees are very nice and helpful. The stores are always clean and well-organized. I recommend Bath & Body works to all my friends when they ask me where to get the best hand soap for their bathrooms.
This review is for their online system. I saw a 4 soaps for 20.00 and as I clicked 'complete your order' I noticed that I only had two of one item and one of another in my basket, and I was being charged the full amount for the three items. I immediately emailed customer service 5 seconds later and they told me, too bad they cannot cancel the order. They should give people the opportunity to cancel orders within a specified time, like say Amazon?! I would have gladly re-placed the order as soon as it was correct. Their customer service for online purchases is a joke and although I have been a loyal customer in store and online, I am tempted to shop elsewhere.
Alway on point cuz of them and they alway help me proble the only store I'm asked if I need help every time I go by every employee
