Wonderful products. I ordered sever 3-wick candles during their sale and they were packaged very well. I have never had a negative experience with this company.

Seriously... their stuff can be expensive, but theres usually a sale going on (like all the time)... and their fragrances are to DIE FOR! <3 <3 <3

I like their foam hand soaps. The price is reasonable and very gentle to the skin. Plus their employees are always nice for some reason.

Maybe it's just my skin but many of their facial and body things such as scrubs, lotions, ext., make my skin really red and irritated. I do really love their fragrances and candles though.

Proof that people will buy anything if it smells good and looks nice. The same goo is in every bottle only the smell is different. And to make matters worse they have a "sale". So you buy more! The goo costs about 18 cents to make. Just like fast food restaurants... free refills happen because it costs them 4 cents a soda... check it out on the web... wake up America

I haven't bot a bar of soap since I discovered BBW. I really like the bath washes and lotions. The fragrances are so nice and varied, but Cherry Blossom has been my favorite for 15 years. And Sleep, I love that one too since my granddaughter gave it to me one Christmas. Just reordered last week.

My wife shops there routinely. Excellent store, good selection, good prices, good sales. I would recommend.

I live about 55 miles from a Bath & Body Works store, so it's not always convenient to shop in a brick and mortar store. But with the website, I can get the products I love by home delivery. Totally awesome!
