Best selection out there for bath and home but the prices OUCH! I received a 20% discount but still Ouch!

I have not use BB&B too many times, but they have always been easy to work with when I do. They even took an expired coupon once for me.

Their online store is easy to maneuver and find what you are looking for. The name is misleading because they also carry a lot of kitchen products and other items than just bath and body. Go to their store and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

I got some bath scents and candles from BBW for my wife's birthday as part of a "spa" birthday gift. Everything was great, she loved the scents and relaxed with a nice bath courtesy of BBW.

I love Bath and Body Works. The selection of fragrances is awesome. There is always a sale or a % off coupon that make the products affordable. And you can't beat the twice a year semiannual sale where most of the products you like are up to 75% off. I buy in bulk during those times and have gifts throughout the year. The candles are wonderful and frequently on sale for half the price.

Women love to get anything from here. I do Valentine's Day and birthday's and always Christmas. Smelling good is important to a lady. Also looking good. But when they have both. Always to relax in the bath tub and soak in bath ideas, is the best by what I have been told.

I used to love shopping online and in the store. I found lately that the scents do not last like they used to. I buy several different body washes at a time and switch. After they have been used for a few weeks many of them seem to smell like Avon bubble bath. You know like they all have the same exact base scent.

I like their products, but their marketing strategy is a total PITA! Constantly changing sales, discounts and shipping credits. Should I order today or wait? I would rather have an affordable low price per item than have to check buy 3 Get 1 Free or WHATEVER all the time. Jeez, when you do the math it's still ALL THE MONEY IN THE WORLD for soap. And don't get too in love with a line- they may discontinue at any time.

Reasonable price when there are promotions, otherwise the products are way too expensive. Love them.

Great customer service and shipping pretty fast! Always have what I need and love the specials they have going which there is always one weather it be online or in store.

B&B is awesome as is the staff. They usually have great coupons you either give them your email or Google for coupons. B&B tho has started saying online coupons can only be used online. I've stopped shopping there as much. I buy 2 candles & that's it I'm out the door. I'm not playing that game. Honor my coupons or #byefelicia
