Every bath and body works I've gone into they've always had such great employees! Always helpful and kind!

I am a frequent buyer... love the products and the prices are ok too.
I usually give products for gifts. And no one has ever said
They did not care for them.

They are a little high priced on some items but run good deals. I get overwhelmed by all the smells in the store sometimes.

Bath and Body's name pretty much says it all.
Don't forget they also carry candles that are great for personal use and gifts.

I come out of the bath smelling so heavily and the scent lasts the entire day! I seriously love showering just because I love the shower gel haha it's Japanese blossom

This business's reputation is great because they have great smelling products but they are costly. There are similar products at other stores that smell just as good.

Fast shipping. The only bad thing is there is too much to choose from and I want it all. When I try something new I am happy with it and that's saying alot because of the different scents. They are all wonderful.

Awesome! Ordered my product and received them in the mail with coupon savings within 3 days. Products received just as ordered. No altered items and the receipt is enclosed to verify all items ordered.

I received my bath & body works order on Wednesday of this week. Upon opening the box my shower gel "At The Beach" had leaked making a mess in the box. The cap was loose. I've ordered before & have never had this problem. It was missing the shrink wrap that is usually around the top of the bottle & cap. However, this probably would no have posed a problem had the packer taken the extra second to make sure the cap was secure.

I love bath and body Works, i've been using their products for years. The customer service is amazing very friendly make you feel like home.

I like this store for its wide selection of fragrances, but I they seem to have way too many sales people on the floor and too few at the registers. The lines can be winding their way to the door and while you're waiting in the line for two people to ring up the orders, you can see six more circulating with shopping bags or rearranging already full shelves.

Most of the scents found at Bath and Body Works can be found at drug stores for much cheaper and have the same quality. Your paying for a brand name not a product.

Walking into this place smells like every person and scent in the store had an explosion. I also have allergies so if you're like me walk in with a few mask. Hopefully the workers there don"t develop respiratory problems...

I love the fragrances and the semi-annual sales are the easiest way to stock up! I'm not a fruity fragrance lover more of a flowery fragrance lover.

Always excited to go here! Great sales during the holidays and who doesn't love their products! Candles burn great and smell wonderful. We are all addicted to the lotions, soaps and linen sprays!

I know the store is and staple to some and dated for others. At least, Bath & Body Works keeps up with the times.

Beautiful layout of store but generic smelling perfumes. Soy candles were the nicest additions to the companies line of products.
