This is my favorite place to shop for gifts, especially at Christmas time. The sales and coupons are phenomenal. Candles and scented liquid hand soaps are my favorite. I always stock up on my favorite vanilla or cherry scented soap in the dispensors during the holidays to last me for the whole upcoming year. Oh, and the SweetPea Body Butter is another favorite.

I got some bits here last month and was promised a discount as usual, but then the pay page didn't load it up

I love this store. Always great deals, cant stop shopping here! Great for birthdays, Christmas or even for co workers to just say "Thanks"

Shopping online is just so easy when I want to buy a gift and send it to a friend! BBQ is easy to navigate and you can always find what you want! The only negative is you can't smell things online! Haha

PURCHASED AN ITEM FROM BED AND BATH, WHEN I GOT A GIFT CARD FRO XMAS, WAS A $25 GIFT CARD. WHEN I WENT IN SORE COULD ONLY FIND 4 ITEMS UNDER $50 BUCKS, TORE UP GIFT CARD AND WALKED OUT. SAME EXACT ITEMS AT 2 DIFFERENT DEPT STORES FOR 1/3 THE PRICE. SOMEBODY ID PAYING FOR THE ATMOSPHERE AND FANCY BUILDINGS, GUESS WHO?

From lotions, perfumes, body mists, candles, sanitizers to specialty items, you can find something for everyone at Bath and Body Works. Excellent service. Sometimes checkout lines are long to accommodate Christmas, Sales events, and such. I love B & BW! Great deals that pay off for the rest of the year!

I have a friend who when traveling in the U.S. makes a point to stock up with soaps, home fragrences, and candles for his wife in Japan. It's always fun to be his personal shopper, and have a chance to check out BBW's newest products!

Products are always awesome, retired items can always be found online, and fast neat packaging. I am always satisfied

What I love about the store is someone to greet you the moment you walk in and willing to help you find what you are looking for. The thing I dislike the most is that I am handicapped and there are no carts to hold on to. No place to sit down. I don't go as often because of that, but I do go and replenish.

I have never had a bad experience with this store. I love all the varieties of scents they have and their workers are always so nice. I like how they provide testers so you can try the scents before you buy them.

Always good, just don't shop much. Service was very pleasant, thorough and knowledgeable concerning the products offered.

Good but stuff may be the teeniest but overpriced, like the candles and the perfumes!

I really like bath and body works. The lotions they have tend to irritate my skin more then moisturize and they sprays don't seem to last but the wallflower wall plugs and refill dents are awesome!

Theirs not much to say about Bath & Body Works. I've been their a couple times and bought few items. Their soaps smell amazing, along with the bath bombs. My only problem is the price of some of the products.

I love Bath & Body but they have taken away the glycerin soaps which are so good for my sensitive skin and then they took away the Lime Verbena which was my favorite of favorites. I would give them more if they would bring them back!

Always delivers as they promised! I like that the goods are packed nicely and they deliver almost always ahead of schedule. Good customer service.

I picked up some bath gel last year at Bath & Body Works while on vacation. Those stores smell wonderful, and the bath gel was perfect!
