Buyer beware, if you purchase online and pay with a credit card, they no longer credit your card. You either receive a gift card or cash, and the amount you receive may be less than what you paid on your card. Oh yes, you can also pay shipping charges to mail the product back, and then get a credit on your card, less shipping. So if a store doesn't have what you want and you buy online, be sure it's what you want, or you lose! Forget calling customer service, you will be on hold for hours. Goodbye BBW, I will never purchase from you again
Weather buying online or buying in the store I've always had a positive experience. The only problem with purchasing online if you can only use one coupon code per purchase. Generally I have three or four promotions to use at a time so it is better and more cost-effective to go into the store although it's not always convenient to do so

I always get my hand soaps here and absolutely love the variety of scents! My personal favorite is 'Warm Vanilla Sugar', but I often buy several other scents to give as gifts.

Every time I walk in there, they have a sale or special going on. The sales people are so helpful and explain the sales specials along with giving me tips as to the next sale and how to save even more. Love the long lasting fragrances

If you like to smell good or like your house to smell good, this store is for you. They offer scented hand soap, soap, bubble bath, body lotion, candles, etc. They feature many many of their own scents of which you are sure to find several you love. A few times a year the liquid hand soaps go on sale and then it's time to stock up. All good things here!
I love Bath & Body Works. It is my go to place for lotions and soaps. They are always having a sale too which makes it very affordable.

Don't buy much, but I like most of their products. The shampoo's, soaps and several other things. I don't like shopping online, but I do with these people once in awhile.
Yes they smell wonderful but do you read what makes them smell that way? Have you ever wondered how they can ever afford to have such fabulous sales that they are practically giving them away? The chemicals they use are extremely harsh on your skin, even the ones the claim to be "natural". I would rather pay more and actually use products that I am aware of what they are doing for my body and what is in them then how they smell. You only have one body. Your body is your temple and you are it's keeper. There are excellent body lotions out there that smell just as wonderful but are not as harmful to to your skin. You won't BOGO but your skin will truly thank you. Research the chemicals in the Bath and Body Works products and you just may not choose to use them any longer, especially on your children.
