Although they tend to change out their inventory a little too quickly and my favorites are gone too quickly, I find new favorite scents to replace the old. They stand by their products and will take refunds/exchanges- if say a wallflower that was supposed to be a night light suddenly no longer works as a nightlight- and its been a while since you bought it and have been using it-Replaced for a new one, no questions asked. If you don't like a scent and the bottle is 1/4-1/2 gone they will exchange for a NEW bottle of a new scent- and not make you feel bad. I have never had a company replace a used body spray that was partially gone with a new one new because they want their customers to be happy. They go above and beyond for customer satisfaction.
Love wallflowers, candles, body wash... everything. Its amazing how their scents actually reflect the name. Ive never had a bad experience online or in the store.
I love the way my wife smells and I owe it all to bath and body. She drives me crazy with all her lotion. My girls are starting to wear their own kind of lotions.
I enjoy the plug-in room scents this company has been providing. They are subtle and so much easier than using sprays. I especially like the lavender scent.
From body to home, make everything smell great! Watch for thier sales and buy them out! Thier products are excellent!
I`m using this store to get the various soaps. They`re all really good for skin and really good prices for the items I like. The range of items listed on the site is also really great, you can find that exact one that suits you best!

I absolutely love all bath & body works products and they offer a huge variety of items and fragrances. They are always offering coupons and sales to attract customers. The only problem I have with them is that they do not offer any kind of free shipping for online orders, like many others online retailers do. Maybe offer free shipping for orders above a certain amount and allow customers to use coupons with that deal, so more customers will be interested in ordering online.
I particularly love their aromatherapy products I'm just very sad they no longer carry body sprays for them wtf help is pillow mist in the stress relief that only makes sense of the sleep version!
I love the scents they have, you cant really find them anywhere else. A little expensive for what it is though.
They service isn't always great depending on the store. But the products are fabulous! The candles when on sale... stock up. They last forever. And the best part is that this company

I love your products and scents but wish you could ditch putting formaldehyde in your products and could start cutting out the worst chemical offenders and replace with healthier ingredients.

Love love love the 3-wick candles from here! Overall, the smell of the scents and body washes here are to die for! Literally will melt you into happiness. Totally recommend!

I order the hand soap all the time that I really like. The last time I ordered they had a new formula out called Creamy Luxe and I really love it. It came in a set of 6 different scents.
