Easy to order but there it stops. Never arrived. Tracking not working. Email not getting a response.
So in as much as the BarxBuddy ( sitejabber comments) indicate they are wondering what I have to say about everything and rate them, here is my reply. Given my order was placed and paid for back in November, it is now December 5th, with no deliver being made to my address, and that is causing me to be concerned as to whether I have been ripped off, and so I am only giving the business a two star rating! Until they get around to either send me the product that I ordered and paid for or else a response from their system explaining what the heck is the matter. My regards Gord Parker
I just want to check out, not keep getting offers for more merchandise
Placed order for 2 balls and emailed receipt only had 1 on it. Send emails & left multipe voice mails to customer service with no reply to any of them. Order was placed 2 weeks ago & still haven't received any product or heard from their customer service. Worried that they're a scam & that I'll be out my money too.
Cannot describe product because we have still yet to receive it.
I am still waiting for the BarkBuddy collar I ordered and paid for! I waited 24-48 hours before contacting you, and have heard nothing!
Looking forward to giving it to my son's dog for Christmas. I did receive two e-mails. One asked if I received the ball and the second asked about my experience with my purchase. Right now, I am not impressed. I have never bought a dog toy so expensive and was looking forward to watching the dog play with it.

Called and cancelled order after no shipment. Phone rep not helpful at all. Calling my credit card company to void sell.

Our coonhound has a loud bay/bark. She will immediately stop when the barxbuddy is activated when within a few feet of her. But if she is 15' or so away from me, then the device is not as effective.
Overall, it is a deterrent to barking when in close proximity.
So far so good. This was bought as a gift for a friend with a very vocal dog. I have noticed an improvement in the dog's behavior.
Have not received order and have not received a response to my emails.
It gets the dog's attention for sure but only for a little while. Soon the dog starts to ignore what is being presented to him by this product.
I push one button and you get a pulsing light and a red laser pointer which intrigues my dog. He certainly doesn't seem bothered by it. The other button is a torch light.

My dog barks at everything that walks by my home so I'm really hoping that this works as described.
