I purchased a barxs buddy and its "lifetime warranty" well it broke and I called to get a replacement. I was told that I had to pay to return it when you could just send me the replacement I won't purchase another thing from this company
Never received product, so had to order and pay for a second. That one was delivered. It's a Christmas gift so it won't be used for a while.
This works great! I have been looking for something like this!

My dog a 1 year old pit bull loved the toy and maybe 20 minutes later he broke open the ball and destroyed it.I thought it was well made but not for a dog like mine

Never received my order and have emailed about this several times.
Was told Product would be delivered within 3-5 business day it has now been nine days and I still do not have the order. When I called to inquire I was told that it was out of stock and would not be in till Friday( today is Monday) when I attemprlted to cancel the order I was told that it was reordered for me and that I could not cancel it. When I asked for a supervisor I was told that they were all in a meeting and could not talk with me and I would have to call back.
