Okay so far but a little confused about 50% discount since I haven't seen the invoice. This is to be a Christmas gift and so I don't know how it will work yet. The plastic "box" that it was shipped in was bent so I hope the BarxBuddy will still work. I also don't know how the Lifetime Guarantee that I paid for will work or when I will receive the certificate. I'm hoping all of this will become obvious once BarxBuddy is being used. I'm looking forward to giving this gift on Christmas day!

The shopping experience was easy and was delivered in about 6 business days. I didnt realize can only be used on dogs older than 6 months (anything younger is not trainable, which makes sense!). I'll have to wait a few months before using it but definitely excited to try it out!
Definitely not worth $53! They would not credit my account and didn't want to see the picture of it. I have a 24 lb cockatoo and she loved the lights blinking and that it rolled around but no matter how well built they say it is it couldn't hold up to a cockapoo
I really appreciate the training instructions and how to use BarxBuddy. I highly recommend reading the website instructions for training prior to using the device.

Their ultrasonic barking device is really something unique. I think they managed that niche well. But I'm not sure about the price tag. In my opinion, they should clarify the price option better, not change it at the last moment. Anyway, the product is good.
