No issues with the ball itself but my dog has no interest in it. He loves balls but doesn't seem to even think this is one!

Not pleased. The instructions are not great. I don't know if I using the ball properly

The site I went to showed a bundle of 3 of the active balls, among other options, which is what I ordered. What I received was a bundle of 2 balls, a suction cup play toy and a portable dish. I called customer service, and a very polite young lady told me that if I wanted a third ball, I would have to order it from the web site. What I had received was (apparently) what I ordered. I'm sure that what I got wasn't what I ordered and wasn't even an option when I ordered it. I think the ordering process at the website screwed up.

Simple! Description of item was easy to follow Ozzie loves his Barx Buddy! I'm going to purchase 4 more.

It's a gift for my nieces pets which I will give at Christmas

There are minimal instructions, yet the device illustration shows various parts that are not mentioned in the piece of paper included. Do you have an online user manual? I need more user information.

Not only didn't it work, it made things worse. Instead of stopping the barking, he went into a frenzy and couldn't be calmed down. I'm probably too late but it needs to be returned and refunded.

I was interested to see if the product works however I will have to wait to inquire to find out.

So far so good, the puppy will need to get use to it

Quickly ordered and didn't try to sell a ton of extra items. I just got it and haven't had time to use it yet really. I'm not sure if it's going to work good for me or not. It gets the dog's attention but so far they have continued to bark so, I'll give it a chance for another week and if I'm not satisfied, I will be returning it.

Received the order, Opened package and charged ball. It took about fifteen minutes for our dog to destroy the ball. I don't know if I missed the ad but did not see ( For small and medium sized dogs).
We have a Alaskan Malamute 7 months old.

Too much blah blah blah. I had more fun with it than my dog

Just got today. First time I used it dog was confused and did not stop barking.

Very happy over all, but, I am not certain if it was my error or yours, I need to return one package of the two packages, each containing two devises, we only need one package containing two devices. If you would please send me a return label so I could do that.
