There need to be better packages and better pricing there are no discounts the higher credit we buy. And there needs to be a less than 50 purchase amount. Also there are so many people making scam account which is making people spend their credits and not getting back. I can t stand the fake account and for people who spend a lot of money with you there should be incentives or reewards

The leads expect to pay very little or they are on a date we are already booked. They should install a calendar on the site so I can block off the dates are not available. Also, the cost of the leads for weddings is too high.

Customer service is great! However, it's still a numbers game,
and in my experience the non-response rate is pretty high! That may or may not be the case for anyone else, and the concept is great!

Very helpful for both customers and Pros, although it has a huge potential to be amazingly good by interacting with customers to zoom on their demands before job is published to direct them to the correct pros, as many people don't know what to look for

I like how the service works in general, the site is easy and simple to use, but purchasing the leads is very expensive and completely unjustifiable unless someone is able to gain work from it, I do appreciate how they refunded all the First leads that I bought, that was actually the only reason why I've stayed, but I still haven't actually got a single dollar as of yet from any of the leads, and I have certainly followed back up with all of them multiple times out of 20 or so leads that I've contacted only three of them am I in regular contact with, I may close one of those in the next week or so, but a lot of these leads were complete BS in fact, one of them led to a phone Sex Hotline In Florida, of course everyone says they're ready to hire now, but that is absolutely not the case and I don't think that they have really any incentive to tell the truth because they don't have skin in the game, they aren't the ones paying money. So I don't know, we'll see. I'm sure there is a learning curve and understanding exactly how to pick the right leads to contact, but I think the service needs tweaking, definitely has potential and for now I'll stay active, but I absolutely will not purchase any more leads until I get work enough to justify the cost and believe me I have a great profile 100% complete on bark.com and my portfolio is outstanding I am a very experienced business person very adept at sales and marketing my services so this is not just some amateur person saying this, this is intended to be constructive criticism, and I hope that my feedback will lead to some adjustments. I do appreciate though, that you guys answer the phone and the representatives that I've talked to there so far have been very helpful, this is one of the main reasons why I stick around, other services that I've used for marketing, such as yelp.com for instance have horrible customer service and thus I have quit those services and will never use them again

Bark offers a wide number of people a huge variety of suppliers. Sadly it does not inform potential customers that the suppliers who answer them pay a lot to actually do just that. So there's a hell of a lot of phishing. Bark has also put their prices up considerably over the last few years for suppliers. Resulting in a situation that as a supplier, if you're getting one in five gigs ( which is a brilliant response rate by the way) you can easily end up paying 70 to 90 quid to get a single gig

It seems that there are alot of policies that seem to be at play at Bark.com They permit the persons looking for trades or cleaners to accept up to 5 quotes, that is a little accessive. The persons who use the Bark.com are not accountable, they pay nothing and are able to have multiple profiles going at the same time. We seem to be getting a lot of people looking for jobs and not people who are looking for cleaners.

Answer: Bark may or may not be legit, but their barks are very often bogus tire kickers or scammers. They've got a lot of work to do to clean up their act. They need to go straight membership and those needing the work done need to PAY to speak to a professional instead of the professional paying to speak to the bogus tire kicker.
Answer: No it is not, total scam. They take your money and send you fake leads.
Answer: Your reviews are high on Trustpilot because they remove all the negative reviews from their profile. Bark.com removed my review twice. Trustpilot is the only review website that allows businesses to remove reviews for a price. Trustpilot got criticized in several news articles for being easily manipulated of their 'Reviews' for $600 any business profile can push up or down review they want. Look up 'Trustpilot news articles'; they say 'Trustpilot reviews are just paid advertising'
Answer: Agree with above, In my experience, this has been a COMPLETE SCAM. Spend all that money to place an ad, or renew your website, DO NOT INVEST IN BARK
Answer: Bark don't verify whether any of the customer tel numbers actually work and most of the leads are poor quality so they won't answer anyway. Save your money, honestly.
Answer: Very true. Misleading leads. No lead vetting. Just Bark saying leads have been verified. But how do we know when no lead responds. They seem fake to me. Bad experience and worst leading platform.
Answer: Bad lead quality, stay away. Zero customer service. On the phone they will tell you that you are wasting their time.
Answer: The 1 star reviews are real. All the other 5 stars are not. This website preys on desperate businesses that require work and signs them up with a cost. First, they searched deep on the internet as my business has NEVER heard of them before their Spam-my email. They send an email stating that I have a lead on their website that I NEVER signed up on. Then ask for money to see who this lead is. To keep their site running, they say to people who are looking for particular businesses that they have them when they don't.
Answer: £1.20 per credit for a starter pack, then £1.50 after that and unqualified leads with next to no information cost between 10 and 18 credits. 10 leads will cost over £200 and doubtful will generate any work
Answer: It's because the positive customer reviews are almost certainly fake. Look at the dates. Look at the volume of reviews. Approximately 100 positive customer reviews of Bark have appeared on Sitejabber between early December 2019 and today (late January 2020). Compared to the number of reviews they received prior to December 2019, that is just an astounding number of reviews. This is not normal.
