This company is selling empty dreams to people. They make promises that never really materials. All I want is my money back. Instead I'd rather market my business the traditional way by distributing pamphlets and advertise on local News papers. Perhaps if they want to be trusted by people they should charge per successful deal.

Paid $400 for 10 leads. One had already hired someone when I called, 4 never answered their phone or email, one wanted to chat about her life, 2 maybes but in no hurry and one hire for $80. So all up a pretty poor return. The leads are far too expensive for what they are.

Randomly got an enquiry from a customer named Johnny via Bark.com. Thought it weird as my daughter has listed her business only on Facebook. I replied and quoted the customer. Bark asked me to review my experience shortly after. I said it was too soon. They then sent me another 2 emails about their business. I replied by asking how they got our contact details and told them I didn't believe that Johnny was a legit person. They replied by saying they got the details about my daughter's business from my website. I replied letting them know that they just confirmed what I thought since my daughter's business is not advertised on my website and my website is not active. I told them I was now aware that they are dishonest in the way they conduct their business and are scamming business owners to buy in to their service. I am appalled! They replied with simply, "would you like us to delete your account?" I replied with, "I never set one up ever".

Not happy when I questioned bark about my leads why we have bot been accepted reply in email was we have deactivated accounts which means they stole 90 quid worth of leads which were already active and the remaining credits not happy at all I want full refund since this company has gone the wrong way totally about business delete all my profile delete my leads and steal my money this need be sorted or trading standards will get ear of it

As a dog trainer advertiserz spent way too many bycks $$$ here, wasted money. My peers... get a good website that is you. Advertise on google. You will have the right prospects coming to you vs idiot low level shoppers who should not own dogs in the first place on bark. Get off thils place fellow dog helper pros!

Had my entire house cleaned after having a new bathroom and also work done in the kitchen. The house was a mess! But after an evenings cleaning for a very reasonable price the house is looking as good as it's ever done. Highly recommended.

Bark.com has MISLEADING leads. According to Taegan (Bark.com Support Team) a customer may have already chosen another business to work with, but the lead may still be active on their website. When I requested a credit for this, they stated that they cannot provide a credit because they "cannot return the credits for customers that decide to hire someone else". They suggested to " not wait a day or two before purchasing their details" even though I told them that I purchased the lead 32 minutes after it went up on their site. I understand if they find another business to work with a day or two after it was posted, but this was within an hour of being listed on their site. The lead should be closed, but it was kept up even though I sent them my complaint so other businesses could have also used up their credits to find out that this lead already found what they were looking for.

Do not waste your money folks. Most of the leads from Bark are not true/ good leads. You pay for the leads and most times the customer doesn't answer, they send you to voicemail or if they do respond it's only with one sentence and then they don't respond anymore. Most times Bark will not refund you. I have referred this service to another company and the owner complained of the same issues and told me that he's wasted a lot of money paying to leads from this company. Additionally, their customer service is poor. The representatives are not pleasant or understanding. They will basically tell you that if the number works no refund. BEWARE!

Miguel and his cousin@ *******690 took excellentv care of my large yard today that is heavily landscaped with a veriety of mature trees and shrubbery. They pruned, weeded, trimmed edges, raked up hauled away heavy grange and cuttings. The yard is clean and looks great. They also tested and repaired the extensive irrigation system. I highly recommend Miguel for your yardwork.

Answer: Bark may or may not be legit, but their barks are very often bogus tire kickers or scammers. They've got a lot of work to do to clean up their act. They need to go straight membership and those needing the work done need to PAY to speak to a professional instead of the professional paying to speak to the bogus tire kicker.
Answer: No it is not, total scam. They take your money and send you fake leads.
Answer: Your reviews are high on Trustpilot because they remove all the negative reviews from their profile. Bark.com removed my review twice. Trustpilot is the only review website that allows businesses to remove reviews for a price. Trustpilot got criticized in several news articles for being easily manipulated of their 'Reviews' for $600 any business profile can push up or down review they want. Look up 'Trustpilot news articles'; they say 'Trustpilot reviews are just paid advertising'
Answer: Agree with above, In my experience, this has been a COMPLETE SCAM. Spend all that money to place an ad, or renew your website, DO NOT INVEST IN BARK
Answer: Bark don't verify whether any of the customer tel numbers actually work and most of the leads are poor quality so they won't answer anyway. Save your money, honestly.
Answer: Very true. Misleading leads. No lead vetting. Just Bark saying leads have been verified. But how do we know when no lead responds. They seem fake to me. Bad experience and worst leading platform.
Answer: Bad lead quality, stay away. Zero customer service. On the phone they will tell you that you are wasting their time.
Answer: The 1 star reviews are real. All the other 5 stars are not. This website preys on desperate businesses that require work and signs them up with a cost. First, they searched deep on the internet as my business has NEVER heard of them before their Spam-my email. They send an email stating that I have a lead on their website that I NEVER signed up on. Then ask for money to see who this lead is. To keep their site running, they say to people who are looking for particular businesses that they have them when they don't.
Answer: £1.20 per credit for a starter pack, then £1.50 after that and unqualified leads with next to no information cost between 10 and 18 credits. 10 leads will cost over £200 and doubtful will generate any work
Answer: It's because the positive customer reviews are almost certainly fake. Look at the dates. Look at the volume of reviews. Approximately 100 positive customer reviews of Bark have appeared on Sitejabber between early December 2019 and today (late January 2020). Compared to the number of reviews they received prior to December 2019, that is just an astounding number of reviews. This is not normal.
