The team makes sure they contact you, if not through text, email, and phone calls, to make sure your items are to your standard. Lastly, they are very quick in delivering. My order got placed, " on hold," four days after the fiasco of the artwork "need approval." 8 emails and three chat sessions to "give approval. Over 20 emails, 4 chat sessions and 2 phone calls to clear hold, only to learn day of delivery, the order was still "on hold."
A 2 hour phone call to cancel order and get a full refund.

I promise you that BannerBuzz will screw you over. They will ship damaged product. Give you the run around for weeks. They will do everything they can to keep your money even after you have broken product shipped to you. After you manage to get them to ship you another round of product. It will be different material, color or same issues will exist. You need to charge back the funds through your credit card company just to get your money & your event will be missing banners. I promise you, this company does not care about you or quality in any way shape or form.

Answer: It is an absolute scam. Please avoid at all cost. I had a horrible experience and got scammed for £200

Answer: No, they never recorrect order or never help you in getting it right. They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
