Our banners we ordered for the 4th of July, and paid for shipping for them to arrive on July 2nd, never arrived until July 7th. We called multiple times for updates to which we were recited the typical talking points from the customer service rep about shipping arrival success percentages. We called back 3 times and when they weren't successfully delivered on time no one cared enough to reach out, after saying they would.

Incredibly poor quality control. Nearly the entire order of banners was unusable, as the grommets were not properly installed. And after 5 days of frustratingly slow customer service responses, they had the audacity to tell me to get them fixed myself and offered me a pathetic 20% off the order. Avoid at all costs!

Let's start by saying this has been my worst experience with printing a banner. I received the poorest quality of customer service from this company and I would not recommend their services! My issues:
1. No matter what quality you upload to banner buzz site, it will say your image quality is too low. 2. My order was placed 2 WEEKS in advance prior to when I needed my banner. According to their "design team" they would "fix" the quality of my banner free of charge. Well, this fixing included changing my design TWICE to another design and taking 48hrs to fix the error THEY made. This delayed my design for 6 DAYS! 3. After delaying my banner for 6 DAYS, I had to pay rush shipping just to get my banner on time. I will be reporting this company to the BBB! The only positive I have to say about this company is that the product was good.

Design process needs work. Uploading process automatically tells you have a low quality image regardless of high resolution quality images, this needs to be addressed.
I ordered two big head cutouts for my daughter's dance competition, and they were an absolute hit! Even though I placed the order with less than five business days to spare, they arrived right on time—and the quality was outstanding. The website made it super easy to upload and approve the artwork, and the communication from BannerBuzz was exceptional every step of the way. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Overall, communication with the company was good—they were responsive and helpful. However, there was some confusion on their end with overlapping emails and a notice that our order was canceled due to no response on proofing, even though we had been in contact. It seemed like a mix-up in their system about who was handling our order. A bit of internal coordination improvement would make the process smoother. Despite the hiccup, the final product looked great!
The entire process of creating the banner was super easy and everyone was extremely helpful until I wasn't able to go pick up the banner from FedEx and they returned the package back to sender. Bannerbuzz then proceeded to try to charge me $94 in shipping to resend my banner. I will never use them again

Great place to customize flags. Other websites charge way to much, and quality not very good. Design tool could be a littler easier to maneuver around.
