The ordering process was easy as can be. I paid priority shipping to have my item delivered on a Tuesday. A week past my priority delivery and event the banner was needed for I still had not received my banner as promised. When reaching out to customer service they were very difficult to deal with and they said they could only offer a minimal refund. I will not order from this business again. My order finally arrived after being almost two weeks past their promised date.

Do not order table banners from this company. Their website says "Free Design Proof, "Free Quality," and "You Approve Before We Print", but there are no proofs or any communication. I uploaded my art, and then it just arrived in the mail. The fabric is cheap and awful. It is not "premium" or wrinkle-free. Needed extensive ironing to be used. The red color is horrible - way too orange and nothing like how it appears online. I am so disappointed.

The flag I received was a weird grey color that was not even remotely close to the pink in the file I submitted. When I reached out to resolve, they had nothing to offer. No reprint, no refund. Absolutely useless. Their excuse was that colors print differently on different materials, but I print on various media through various printers and have never had this poor of a result. Would not recommend.

We appreciated being alerted that our design was low resolution - we can imagine other sellers might just print whatever we submitted without checking in. Once the design was updated shipping was super quick and it's very high quality!

First of all, I am very dissatisfied. I did not receive the banner, but before the banner. Even arrived. I requested to cancel and receive my money back and I did not get neither. So what can you do to accommodate me.?

Purchased a custom neon sign and it stopped working in less than a year. I reached out to customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. I then asked them to recreate the exact same thing (I would pay full price) so I can mount it in the same spot and they told me I just have to reorder one and hope it's the same. Of course, it wasn't.

Answer: No, they never recorrect order or never help you in getting it right. They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
