Easy to do but Great service. I messed up my order and they sorted it with no fuss. When it came it was perfect
SCAMMERS DO NOT ORDER. THEY USE FAKE REVIEWS TO COVER UP BAD ONES. Ordered several window decals from then, only to be told it needed to be on different material or it wouldnt come out right and I would have to pay extra for the privilege!? When saying I'll take my chances with my original request I was told they ran out of the materia so would have to go with the new type and price. I repeatedly said that it wouldn't be whatni wanted and was assured it would be and any issues if not perfect I could request a refund. Low and behold I was sent totally unusable, shoddy, blurry crap work... asked for the original or my money back. Had an email to say they wouldn't do anything but give me 20% off my next order, which is the standard discount you get anyway?! YOU MAY PAY LESS BUT IT WILL BE USELESS..

The experience was great from order to reception of same. The guys got in contact with me immediately when they saw that there was an issue with art work and they fixed it without charging further.
Went above and beyond in re designing my artwork so it would look good in print which it does 5* isn't enough will definitely use again
