Easy and quick to use. Good quality item. I got exactly what I asked for. Arrived on time. Had no issues.

I found the technical side a bit tricky but by phone, your Matt patiently guided me through the process. He is a credit to your Company.

The artwork proof was a poor representation of that requested and needed to be corrected. This put back the deadline date of delivery beyond the date of the event at which the product would be used!
The price was low and the Flag material was more lightweight than I had anticipated.

Excellent staff. Very friendly with good advice over the phone and through email.

Easy instructions to follow. At present, it appears to be excellent value.
Unfortunately, you were let down by the courier, who somehow managed to bend a very substantially packed banner.
This left a crease down the length of the Banner.
We did not let this stop the team in using it in many tour photo's

Easy to order. Couldnt preview due to being pdf but when it came it was fabulous. Lease just add preview for pdf file. I was so worried i did it wrong but it was good when it turned up.

Couldn't find my 'saved items' which was frustrating but other than that ordering was pretty simple. When the product arrived it was not what I thought I was getting. I'd already spoken to someone with regard to proofing the design and thought we had eventually understood each other but no! So I rang again and was told how to raise a ticket (feedback on the order). I did as instructed and included 3 pictures one of which was a screen shot of something they sent me to try and reach the proof understanding. I received a timely reply suggesting the issue was one of dimension! Not the case at all and not mentioned in any of my feedback points. Now waiting for a response to my email restating my actual issue. I'm not sure were speaking the same English.

I was frustrated after being told that BannerBuzz had the design tools and graphic designers, and when there was an issue with digital image I was expected to fix it myself -? Who's the experts, oh you, then you fix it. Got there in the end, happy with my purchase.

Printing was fine but flag eyelets were on wrong edge so flag is backwards

Very pleased with the Banner from BannerBuzz. Took a couple of re-vamps to get the layout just right but end result is great.

Spot on service the process was very easy and final product was good quality hard wearing flag with personalised logo.

Really impressed with the service and speed of which my order arrived. They needed to tweak my design which they contacted me and showed me what they were going to do. They came out so much better than I expected, great quality products.

Great service. But the courier service do not honour that fact that you paid or express delivery FedEx are crap!

Very easy to design the banner with the website tools (at least if you are not a very fuzzy designer). Price was also good compared to other sites, I would say the cheapest I could find. Still dont understand why so much charge for shipping but got the promotional code to put the price down a lot, basically free shipping. I dont mind paying for shipping fees, it is understandable, but asking £19 (!) In anycase very happy with the result and the quality of the product. Thanks very much.
