Prices are great but the products are kinda hit and miss. You can tack on several days to whatever they say the shipping is (processing time?) but that is not a big deal. Where they lose me is customer service.
I have made several orders and in the last one I received 2 broken items (one of my previous orders had an item damaged but useable). I emailed them (the live chat NEVER works, go try it now and see!) and after several rounds of emails and a video they requested they apparently forwarded the correspondence to some french company that is their supplier. The french company of course said contact whomever I bought it from.
Right now I am on my second round trying to get my broken items replaced. So far they asked for a video of the item (again) and then closed my ticket. Sooo yeah, if you see something neat and are willing to never see some money again maybe give them a try, otherwise I would pass.

Bought a magnetic cable charger for apple product. Waited almost 3 weeks for it to arrive only to find out it is not working. However the customer service was quick to respond and are arranging for a resend of a new cable. Hopefully the new one works!

I TRIED TO COMMUNICATE WITH KATHERINE BUT GOT NO FURTHER RESPONSE. JUST ANOTHER BRICK WALL. I FINALLY GAVE UP AND ASKED TO RETURN MY MERCHANDISE FOR A REFUND. THE FIRST THING ANOTHER CSR SAID WAS THAT I MUST PAY SHIPPING. I GOT THE RETURN ADDRESS AND IT WAS IN CHINA. HOW MANY PACKAGES DO YOU WANT TO RETURN TO CHINA ON YOUR NICKEL. THE COMPANY SURE HAS THE RIGHT NAME. BANG GOOD. THEY DID ME. REAL GOOD. $100 GONE.

I bought two dresses and a pair of sandals. Waited a long time for them and was really excited when they arrived. The sandals are lovely and fit well but both dresses are far too small. I'm disappointed and hopefully it would be a good experience. I won't use Babyhood again.

I am not sure if it is an act or for real but the "customer service" pretends not to understand and ask for the same thing over and over. I sent everything requested for a return. I used Banggood as a drop shiper and have done about 121 plus orders with them. On one order it was not a tracked item and dues in max. 35 days but they said to wait another week. Still did not come.
On a much bigger item (quadcopter) they shipped a unit that did not work. Even after sending video that clearly showed that they have refused to act on either a refund or replacement. I had to refund my customer so I am very very disappointed with Banggod and do not recommend them to partner with.
There have been small things on three other items that people complained about quality and I refunded but did not even ask for Banggood to do the same but for this quadcopter we are talking almost $400 out of my pocket!
No Customer service. They act like they do not understand English. Maybe they do not except for your money I guess!

Banggood/ A**************-ordered a set of servo regulators as described in portal as 1.1mm. But im unable to push thru my 1.1mm pushrod. Brought this up to their sales/vijay. He insisted their product description is correct. I provided the photo for both items.he declined to accept the fact that the id for the regulator is less than 1.1mm
And blatanly replied that the photo proved nothing?
I have spent so much times having meaningless exchanges with vijay. Have told vijay if he disputed the fact, he shud measure the regulator's id.
I have been a long time customer of banggood. With the way vijay handle my issue, im not too sure whether i wud want stay - eusoff/banggood vip#3

so i went back to have my intelligence checked and apparently im not smart enough to learn to STAY AWAY FROM BANGGOOD. ive placed 10 orders in the last few months and 4 of them had an issue and one never showed up in the USA..but the one that never showed up has taken the cake..it cost $7.30us i have waited 31 days (plus weekends). The package never showed up in the USA, so there is no USA tracking number for the post office to track. So i dont have proof its "lost" as they requested, so banggood says i have to wait 60 days for a refund?!?!?!?..WTF...for $7.30..are they fkin out of their minds...so ive had it...i say boycott banggood!! im taking my cash else where, so i can keep my sanity and my dignity...(GOOD JOB BANGGOOD YOU JUST LOST ANOTHER LONG TIME COSTUMER...and after i gave you a second chance too)..stay away from banggood, they'll make you go insane, have you tracking your every order, (doing their jobs )and wasting your time, promise, eventually it will happen to you too..

They shipped right away and their tracking actually worked, sort of. But they shipped me two solar items IN A PLASTIC shipping bag. Needless to say they were broken. Then they want me to send them pictures of the items. Well, I know I should have a camera but I don't. My friends don't either. We're an odd bunch here, no one has a smart phone, I don't even use a cell phone myself. So I tell them three times I don't have a camera. Their responses in really poor English (but you can understand it, sort of) say "Send pictures". Well, I'll send a credit card reversal, see how they like that. Shipping in such a poor manner and then making me prove the items were broken is poor customer service. Amazon, for instance, requires it's sellers to ship properly, as does Ebay.
Yeah they continue to insist on "photo evidence". Thank God for the Fair Credit Billing Act of 1974 and other laws in the USA that protect me against unscrupulous criminals from Hong Kong.
UPDATE: Still waiting for the CC Bill to arrive. Bang Good has no intentions of making good on their obviously bad shipment. I mean mailing glass items in a plastic shipping bag, what did they think would happen?

I payed to be shipped 7 days it's been three weeks I never received my order. I try to track it but all it says it's been shipped two weeks ago. Still nothing. They are so hard to contact. After many many emails & having to do a disput with PayPal, I think putting this complaint on SiteJabber made the difference in getting this settled. I have been paid in full, I still have the product & willing to return it if they pay the shipping. Have not received a reply about this. Many thanks on how this turn out. I'm raising my rating to 3 Stars & not 4 only because I'm leary about doing future business with them.

I have bought a number of phones from banggood and they have always been OK, but this time my phone developed a number of problems, so after the sending of videos of the problems they said I should send it back for repair to which I agreed nearly three months later I still have no phone and it still hasn't been repaired and when I email them all they say is be patient. I would advise anyone not to use them because of there bad customer back up, It is an unacceptable time to be without a phone but all I get told is to be patient.

The items arrived, but didn't work. Banggood makes it impossible to return for a refund or exchange. They want videos, shipping labels, and the responses from their "technical" people aren't legible. Purchase only with play money you can afford to loose. Buying from Banggood is a total gamble.

I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. A measure of how good a company is, is how well they deal with problems, so far customer service has been first class. Terry

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.

My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
