Email them and they want me to return to them with paid postage.

Found the same thing but cheaper on eBay. And I know for sure if I have any problem with eBay, it is easy to deal with the seller.

Ok so I ordered my husband a drone for Father's day and on the day I placed the order the money was taken from my account... I get an email saying my order had to be manually processed by the bank but since the money was already taken from my account I didn't think anything of it but last night I get an email from banggood saying my bank declined it but I checked my account & the money isn't there? So I decided to try and contact them and I sent an email already & tried to do the live chat thing but it keeps saying they don't have an agent available but their website says you can live chat with them mon-fri 9:00am-6:00pm? Now I have talked to my husband about the situation and he also tells me that he has even been able to get in contact with them about his camera he ordered from here that was defective or has some sort of problem and he ordered this camera a while ago so he even gave up trying to get a hold of someone... not saying the products are bad or anything customer service isn't so great

Very good company, Some sellers not quite so good (Items not received and problems getting refund)
After ordering many items (over $500, including 4 other tablets), I ordered a low-cost tablet ($69) that was dead-on-arrival. I contacted Banggood immediately and followed their complicated reporting process (which involves emailing and posting pictures to their website). After they determined the item was truly DOA, they authorized me to return the tablet for a full refund. I was a little torn, because return shipping was $22 (on a $70 tablet), but I had some other items I wanted to order anyway.
I shipped the item on 5 April, 2016 and was assured that the refund would be processed as soon as the item reached them (on the order of 20 days). Since then, I have emailed them weekly to verify that the item has been received and I either receive no response, or I am informed that the item has not been received yet.
At the time of this writing, it has been 73 days since the item was shipped and I am no longer receiving any responses to my email. So after spending $70 on a defective item and $22 on shipping, I have no tablet, no refund, and no confidence in Banggood that they will do the right thing.

I ordered 2 dresses per their size chart, size XL. I received dresses that were way too small. I would say they were S or XS. Customer service then began to play games with me re my complaint of wrong sizing. I sent one picture of the item as they instructed re bust size. They they wanted another picture of another portion of the dress. This went on and on until I contacted my credit card asking them to take this charge off my card. They did. This is a dishonest company.

Ordered a racing drone and spare parts first they tell me expedited shipping can't ship to a po box so I have them remove it and come directly to my house they say it being processed then send me another email saying they can't send anything with batteries to Canada and will have to give me a full refund but won't refund the spare parts order that already shipped out. Don't waste your time with banggood to try and save a few bucks because it is not worth it in time wasted...

Hermes (the delivery company) advised that they "delivered to my letterbox". But i did not get the item.
I contacted by web chat 1st of all and all they did was ask me to wait a week and did not understand the situation.
I then emailed - 3 times, and got the same response.
I have now used the Facebook chat to contact them and they are now telling me to contact the post office even though the post office are nothing to do with this issue.
A week since this issue started and no replacement item or refund.
I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND NEVER TO USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT ANY LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I will update this review if/when i actually get a resolution.

I ordered a 4 port charge hub, a bluetooth mouse and a sound adapter. The charge hub never charged, the bluetooth mouse was not bluetooth and the sound adapter fell to pieces(the front fell off) and does not work.
I sent banggood numerous photos of the items which they claimed they lost, then I sent more photos but of course no reply from their damn awful customer non service.
I simply want a refund but how does one get it when this $#*!ty company will not reply.
This has to be the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Therefore I advise everyone to just avoid this one and shop elsewhere because they are just crooks and cheats.

I recently ordered the Silicone Number 3 Dial Women's Round Quartz wrist watches. I ordered all the colors they had. First mistake was to order ALL the colors. I got so many emails saying they don't have that color. After a month in a half of BS I finally got my order and it wasnt the colors I wanted. They billed me right a way before I got my watches. I emailed them about the watches not working and if they needed batteries. They said to take a movie (video) and a picture of them not working. I'm totally upset with them and I would NOT recommend doing business them. The watches are cheap and NOT well made. THINK TWICE before you do business withe Banggood.com!

Ordered a drone paid in full May 20, they shipped it on May 22 left Hong Kong on May 26. The last info on its tracking website is for May 31, that says it's delivery to the country of destination.
That's all, no other info or tracking numbers.
I've sent numerous email to Banggood, the reply I get is the same as what i already know, nothing useful or new. Then Banggood will close this email ticket i created with no other helpful info for me.
Except it takes 7 to 20 business days and be patient. Lo, l I wish I could run a scan like this. 100 bucks times 1000 hits on the website with orders, equals $10,000 bucks a day. Priceless idiots like myself to fall for this, trying to save a few pennies.
Here are a few assumptions right now.
Worst case, I got ripped off by Banggood and will never see my drone.
Another worse scenario, long time shipping a drone is not good, having to get sorted and resorted damages the item, which I've read here.
Best case, nothing really. Moral of the story Banggood is a scam save yourselves the grief of using Amazon instead to avoid the hassle I'm going through.
Next option talk to my credit card and reverse this charge.

Enticed by low prices I endured the 3 week wait, not worth it. After purchasing some sample electronic components and found them to be working as advertised, I placed orders for additional units as stock. When attempting to use them months later I found whole batches of nonworking components.
I communicated with BG about the problem twice and got the same form response stating that the order was to old to do anything about. I also attempted to leave a review for others on their site to warn them about the problems and was blocked from doing so.
The take away here is that the lower price is not worth the wait and risk, and the company in general is disreputable, and unfit for the US market.

So as you can see, a BG rep responded to my post. BG does not seem to understand that the time to respond to a problem with a product is when the customer informs you of the problem not after they write the poor review. I sent two detailed requests for assistance and received the same generic response, which by the way, did not come close to addressing the issues I raised. FYI their post here looks almost identical to others I have seen where customers complain about their operation.
BG, your response here is too little too late, there are simply to many other vendors to work with. Your new found willingness to help should have come when the problem was first raised. By responding to this review you display the appearance of contrition, but I doubt the sincerity.
Finally, I mean no disrespect, but your company really needs to hire some individuals to work the US market who speak proper English.

I ordered (ID: *******) and paid for a Chuwi Tablet on April 18,2016 and still do not know if the tablet works or not for they sent a wrong European power supply! They offered me a refund of $5 to buy a 110v American supply, they know its impossible to get one for that price, so they offered to ship me the correct one. Over three weeks have passed and have received NOTHING, no power supply, no tracking. NOTHING.
So by now I am starting to realize I was scammed close to u$a 100 by this unreliable and shady "company". Take your business somewhere else or risk loosing your money.

I ordered a purse for about 25 $ and expected to get what was on the picture vendor posted. A black sturdy bag with an attached scarf. What I received was a smelly horror of super-thin plastic like "leather" that wouldn't stand up straight without holding it in the air. Horrible, zero quality and 25 $ is not a small amount for that kind of crap that arrived. I tried to file a complaint but my shipment is still "in transit" even though it arrived and you can't file a claim because of that "bug". So I e-mailed them, they of course denied lack of quality and advised me (attention here!) TO RUB THE BAG WITH AN ORANGE PEEL AND PUT SOME PIECES OF SOAP IN IT FOR COUPLE OF DAYS and it would stop smelling so horrible. The fact that the product looked nothing like on the photos was not even aknowledged.
HORRIBLE, NEVER BUY THERE. At least not something that you would like to wear outside.

Banggood has no idea what a US size really means. I ordered US size XL shirt and received a shirt with an Asian tag XXXL size. They continue to claim that an Asian size XXXL is equivalent to US size XL. Actual measurements place the XXXL shirt at US size M. I have sent them pictures 3 times with measurements in cm. Every time they have repeated that Asian size XXXL equal US size XL and requested more pictures. Perhaps they think the camera flash will expand the shirt size!

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
