Pitaful in my opinion

Slow slow slow service, got a battery that won't charge, paid extra for quicker shipping and it was late, got offered less in banggood points then the extra shipping cost, not many positives i can say here, I'm done and you beware

You will regret ordering from this Chinese company! I ordered and cancelled my order within 5 min. The order disappered from my history so i thought i was good O NO they ship it and will see how long it takes to get it. From the other reviews ive read im not holding my breath. I love all the review responses from Banggood also. They all pretty much say the same thing well if you have your order number and email we can see what happened and how we messed up your order over and over again. Do your self a favor don"t order from these people. That pretty much goes without even reading any of these reviews because they are all pretty bad.

I have bought a tablet from this scam website and pay for shipping within 7 - 21 days
After 30 back and cehck with suppolt and tell wait 5 days more
Okay after 35 days I request refund and he refund me only 50% of payemnt after 7 days back again to reset of refund and didn't refund anythiing until this day after 48 days of waiting and i can't get my money back until with paypal dispute and i will wait for 21 day
Wich the stupid support want to scam me and told if can close the dispute will refundwich i know in paypal if i close the dispute i can't open it again they tell me trust him
No never trust after this problem

Sorry for the inconvenience of undelivered package.We have to explain that due to Black Friday and the Spring Festival, the number of people shopping online increased, and it caused the delay.The tablet is expensive, and if customers don`t receive expensive product temporarily, we usually refund half and then let customers wait for another some days and it does not mean we would not refund the rest.If they still don`t get the product, we will refund another 50%. When we arrange the refund, it usually takes 2-3 days to return the money to the paypal account.If customers open the paypal dispute, it will takes much longer even several months. Therefore, before we refund we will ask customers to close the dipute so that they can get their money in time.If you are not content with our service, feel free to send the complaint to [email protected].

I wrote complaining about the cost/trouble of returning an item because it didn't fit. They "responded" by referring me to their web-site return policy.

1. Every other company I have dealt with for the last 15 years has included an invoice in the packging with the product with a return label and options for either USPS or UPS return. If I wanted, I could put product back in the package, slap on the label, and leave it for my postal carrier.

2. I can't believe my order came from china all by itself. It surely came through a distribution point with a container of other things to other people. Why can't my product be returned to that distribution point in the US so that the cost for returning is reasonable?

There are too many other souces for products I want. Won't shop with Banggood again.

A waste of money!

I ordered a fleece jacket and a pants. It took about two month to arrive, and the sizing was wrong on the jacket, and it turned into a back and forth argument. Then a few month later the stitching on the pants started to come loose, the fabric also disintegrated in one spot, the zipper gets stuck easily. Basically the clothes seemed like a bargain at the time, and it turned out to be of cheap quality. Live and learn. Order things locally, and double triple check refund policy, and maybe even take a screen shot so they don't make things up later.

Order No. *******

So here goes my bad experience, I've place some orders with Banggood, but lately the lack of support and the worse of all is that I payed to insure my last order and DHL lost it and now Banggood doesn't want to be responsible for this, instead they ask me to contact DHL for my refund, but why?! I never made business with DHL in the first place I bought something from Banggood and they chose the shipping supplier.

So now I'm empty handed without my package and without money

This sucks

I ordered something about 6 months ago and it still hasn't delivered! When I check it says arrived in Hangzhou Post Office! I don't live there, and my delivery address is correct because I checked it over 5 times!

Bought something on sale but got charged full price... After a very rude live chat with candice couldn't get anyone to answer my emails until I sent a stinking review and got a profuse apology. After several emails back and forth I STILL didn't get the discount they advertised but was told I could have a credit to what equated to one dollar! I've now sent several emails asking how to close my account but no one responds - don't buy anything or you will have to open an account and get bombarded with their emails... Worst ever place I've bought from.

They keep ignoring me!

My tracking number says my item was rejected by x-ray at the Netherland airport. I told this to banggood SEVERAL times for weeks, but its always the same: they told me to wait 24h until the resolution team contact me by email, which never occur.

Purchased a wig... nothing like the photos. They used a photo from a reputable wig supplier. I return the item. Never received a refund. They stuffed me around for months.
Dishonest business. Don't get caught!

Worst service ever, I purchased a. Bike from this site cost over $1000. 00 and it is well over 2 and half months, they gave me excuse after excuses and they never send the item. Had same issue with them before. Lucky it is still under PayPal money back guarantee. You can buy most of their products from eBay even cheaper but with reliable and fast service

Terrible costumer service, really long delivery to Canada... been waiting 36 days for an expensive order, have no idea if its coming. They lie when they tell you an item has shipped so you cant get your money back. Also be aware of split shipments! I ordered an item with accessories that was split into two different orders, the main item was cancelled due to customs issues and I was forced to keep the useless accessories with no solution from banggood. If you like to throw away hard earned money... this is the site for you!

Ordered size 8 shoes. Was sent a size 39. These are way smaller than a U.S. 8. I've sent pictures and they keep telling me to look at the chart. Size 8 is 39 on their chart. I sent them a picture of an American shoe with interior tag that showed: U.S. size 7.5, EU 39.5, and a picture of their shoe next to the size 7.5, an inch shorter. Still, they will not refund. They don't even send the means to refund in the mail bag when you get their product.

Advertised price can change when you add items in your shopping cart. When you bring it to their attention, customer support just tell whatever they can to get you to give up. If you write anything negative in their forms they delete it and ban you. Every review is five starts because they screen all ratings for products, and only post the ones that are favourable. This business is based in china, DO NOT expect any protection, or any basic business rules that apply to any other web based companies, for example honouring advertised prices, having legitimate reviews for products, allowing feedback even if it is not favourable. Customer service does not exist.

Compare it to Amazon, EBay, you have recourse and consumer protection, customer service, real product reviews, negative or positive reviews allowed!

** Edit ** Order number *******, supplied as requested by Bangood response below. I have of course supplied this many times before without resolution. And this time they again chose not to honour their warrantee - so the message below appears solely intended to fool other potential customers.

Sent $320 FPV drone with faulty FPV set, Bangood at first denied there was a fault, then offered to sell me a replacement for the faulty FPV set, then insist that the only way they will help is if I pay return shipping to mainland china for the entire unit (cheapest option =$179)- which requirement directly contradicts their warranty, and as they are well aware is more than half the purchase price. So at best I lose most of my money even if they ever do happen to refund the purchase cost (which I doubt based on other reviews here). They are obviously in a position to easily resolve the problem by sending that replacement FPV set they offered to sell me, but instead can get away with not honouring guarantees at all due to their return shipping policy
