Hide bad product reviews

I submitted a negative review about defective product and it never showed up on Banggood site so Banggood's product rankings are inflated. If you buy simple items and do not mind to wait for 20+ day for delivery then it is okay site. If there is a big chance your product might have issues (electronics,...) then I would go with another vendor with stronger customer support. In my case, for example, I was advised by customer support representative to "find someone who can test your item". It has been almost two weeks and this case has not been resolved yet.

Very disappointed.

Just wondering where my order number is #******* which was ordered on Nov 11,2016. Nobody at Banggood can tell me what happened to this merchandise.
Orignal Hiland DIY M******* Graphics Version Transistor Tester Kit.

Since this is my first order with this company I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt to at least give me a legitimate reason why I haven't received it. I have a second order that was sent to France by mistake, and I live in Montreal. Not a good first impression

I recently purchased a pair of shoes from a company in China called
Banggood.com. They cost $27.95. I of course waited at least 2 weeks for
Delivery. And when I got them, as soon as I tied them, the top lace hole

Broke off, because the shoes were very cheaply made. Of course they look
Nothing like the picture on Facebook.

When we asked for our money back, they said they would not give it to us
But would send another pair of shoes. I'm still waiting. It has been
Over a month now. They will not respond. It's very difficult to reach
Anybody. And I could kick myself for being so stupid to order something
From China direct, without seeing it.

One thing is certain, this company is unethical. So save your money
Folks, if you see anything by them. As a matter of fact, I wouldn't
Trust anything made in China again. At least when you buy something at
WalMart, you can see it and feel it, and have recourse from WalMart. Not
So when you go direct with anyone from China.

Don't use them

First time I have ever used them and never ever again!
I bought some items in November 2016 and after 8 days it still had not been shipped. When I chased it up they said that the item was not in stock and I will have to wait, even though when I purchased the items they were in stock. I eventually cancelled the order and requested a refund and they did, however the refund still has not come to my bank account and it is now 16 Dec 2016. Not sure if I will ever receive the money.
Stay away, I will never be using them again.

Perhaps you should include a few 4 star reviews. You have been writing way too many 5 star reviews lately that mention customers receiving faulty merchandise or having major issues with their orders. No real customer would give 5 stars based on this. Also, perhaps you should spend more time focusing on delivering a quality product in a reasonable amount of time and less time posting phony reviews on various review websites.

Avoid Banggood

I bought a watch from Banggood and did not receive it. I contacted them and asked for a replacement. I was told it was sold out. They did offer me a refund but now these watches are much more expensive

I think I will never order again from this site (Banggood). I ordered for the first time from 02/11/2016 and didn't receive the order until today and I cannot trace the order status and my local post couldn't check as well. Unfortunately, they couldn't solve the issue until now and I think I will forget the order now but I will never use their site anymore. Only Amazon and ebay. I don't recommend to order from this site at all.

Stay away no service

I made the order number ******* and after payment the order changed for "product was sold out". But today the same product is in offer again for only +5 USD in price increase. I trully cannot understand...
In support pages they say refund for paypal takes 1 business day, but I didn't receive the refund yet.
This was my first try and I didn't like their customer service.

Edit: The refund was made. Thank you, maybe I will try again next year, so you will have a chance to change this bad experience.

I recently purchased a product and paid extra for extradited shipping. Not only did they send the wrong product, they refused to send the correct product unless I pay shipping again! These people are corrupt. I know they will delete this so I'm going on every site and you tube video that promotes them.

My first time ordering and after I entered my acct # realized it was the wrong size and color (boots) I cancelled that order and reordered the correct color and size. It took 2 weeks for refund (no big suprise) but then when I did receive my boots they were the original size I cancelled, size 5 not 9. They are unwilling to work with me to solve this situation and I have considered it a loss. Make sure you have the right sizes or you might have to pay shipping return to China. Imagine howw long that will take. Good luck.

I made a purchase from them and 2 months later, I still did not receive my order. Trying to communicate with them is like trying to communicate with a 2-year-old who does not speak your language. They are absolutely useless and will not try to help you at all. They would not send me my items refund my money, so I had to get my bank to refund my money finally. This has been a nightmare of an experience and I am surprised that this company is still in business. I truly feel sorry for anyone who does business with them.

Wtf seriously

I made an order on Nov19th, the item was still available during 25th's Black Friday's special and showed to be in stock during the weekend. Then they contact me that dispatchment will be pushed back for 2 weeks. And a few days later they contact me again to tell me that they are out of stock and they are sorry and canceled my order.
They really have no idea what's going on in terms of stock and organization.

Lousy Customer Service

I ordered several clothing items but never received them. Kept checking the website but got a message that my package(s) were untrackable. Finally got someone online which gave me tracking information, only to find out that the shipping address was wrong so everything got sent back. The address they sent my items to was one I haven't used for over 7 years! In an online chat, I basically was told it was my fault, even though I know that typed in my correct address when I ordered, and that I would receive a refund MINUS SHIPPING FEES. My complaints: (1) When I ordered, there were no Shipping Fees to the U.S. (2) I do not have any idea on how my items were shipped to such an old address. (3) Instead of trying to rectify the problem, I was treated in the most rude manner and felt belittled as an idiot. I will never do business with this company again and will give a negative review every chance I get.

I purchased a Phantom 3 battery from Banggood. I received it a month later and it was defective, it would not power on or charge. I notified them within the 3 day return policy (2nd day). Now they want me to pay $20 to ship them the battery and then they will send me another battery. I have told them from the start to refund my money and that I don't want another one of their batteries and they refuse. Do not buy from this company. I will make sure everyone knows (US and China) that this company is a scam and that they sell defective batteries.
