I have ordered many times from BG without issue and am happy with the value I have received. On one of my latest orders, the product never arrived during shipping. After contacting customer service, they kindly offered to send out a replacement promptly. Very satisfied.

Very last line in there specs reads "1 x 5g Ozone Generator(include fan dissipation, not include the shell)
They think its OK to have seven photos showing a nice plastic box with handle with electronics mounting inside and then have not include the shell hidden at bottom of the page. I am done with Banggood I have made lots of purchases but when they go down to this level I will shop elsewhere.

Worse company I have ever dealt with online. I placed an order November 26th, end of December was suppose to be credited and not one or the other has showed up. Their customer service department is horrible for service. DO NOT ORDER FROM BANGGOOD

I purchased 2 pairs of boots. Their ad didn't say they ran one size too small so I returned them and asked for a refund. They then said they were in Hong Kong and that it would cost me more to send back then I paid for them. They said to measure my foot and don't return. I said I have already sent them back. They asked me where did I send them I said to the address on the shipping label in City of Industry. The boots are now lost in limbo and I am out all this money.

Bought two KingWear KW88 in 2016 August, received one not working at all. After many mails photos, movies they required to send back to China. Spent other more 30 shipped in October and they received in 2016 December (probably it was transported with a donkey...). They found not working and said they send it back to producer for REPAIR? (who can repair a smartwatch, and I want a new one working, I payied for IT!). At the moment I'm still waiting what I payied in 2016 August more than 200 (with tax). They sent me a brick not a smartwatch, this is not fair.

Banggood should be avoided because of its logistic issue. I ordered a smartphone from its China store and it was shipped to Hongkong after a week. From there it was shipped to Europe taking more than 20 days. It arrived in Geneva and from there was sent to Singapore taking a total of 37 days.
Why was it ridiculously sent to Europe when it could be airmailed from Hongkong to Singapore? Apparently the Chinese government wants to promote its New Silk Road using train, so the parcel was redirected northward from Hongkong to that route. What a "clever" way to promote its economy. But for me this is the first and last time I buy from Banggood. How will that help China's economy? Think consumers are stupid?
If you use their chatroom, you might get silence and when you ask anyone around, wait for minutes and then you get a silly "Right" from an chat operator too lazy to answer you. The only saving grace was that my email enquiries were answered, otherwise I would have given Banggood only 1 star.
Spent hundreds of dollars for Christmas presents and no presents and it's January 15th. Two months and nothing. If I receive the items I will return them and never deal with this company again. DHgate gets me my items in two weeks from China. I will continue to use them.

I have received some decent product but it's about 50/50 bad/good and if it's bad there appears to be zero customer service. So if it's 50/50 I realize now i am effectively paying twice the price since I scrap half

First, I had a defective item. They had me post a youtube video of it and then refunded the money. Thumbs up. I think this company really means well but they are hampered by the fact that most of their shipping comes from China. I have had an order take 30 days to get here and one that was ordered 40 days ago that still has not showed up. Also, I'm a registered user but unlike other shopping sites you don't get to have a default ordering profile so you can do things like order upgraded insurance and shipping (which you really need to do). So I made another order inadvertently neglecting to select either item. So now that one is probably in shipping hell and without insurance I might not get my money back. Like I said, they are polite and responsible and they are trying to compete with other sites like Amazon but they just can't get there with their current inventory model... sorry guys, I really like you...

Package left China on Dec 28,16. No other info. Pilot must still be flying around up there or the boat they sent it on sank. Have not rec'vd product and customer service keeps saying wait a little longer. When asked about not wanting product and wanting a refund. Told that when I return the product, then they will start a refund process. How do you return something you havn't received. Stay far away from these people. Pay the little extra to get it at your local store in your neighborhood. Support where you live.

Ordered cute boots that came about 3 sizes too small and one boot had a huge kink right in the middle of the sole making them completely unwearable. Went right in the garbage... not impressed to say the LEAST! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

The item I recieved was as advertised and was priced well. The shipping time was slow but to recieve an item for half the cost of any other place I found it was worth the wait. But beware this shipping time was almost a month.

I am two and a half weeks into trying to resolve a drone/transmitter mismatch and have zero to show for it. Products they sell appear to be marginal to good but THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! If I could write that in a bigger point size... I would.

I am a long time customer of Banggood and have bought hundreds of items from them. I was pretty satisfied with its low cost and reasonable deliver times. It was all good until I received a defective item. I contacted them through emails 3 times and support chat 2 times. But they continued to ignore my request. They also have what they called a VIP program. I am a VIP5 customer which is the highest level and I am supposed to receive premium support. Wrong, even though I told them numerous times that I am a VIP5 customer, they care less about it. What a shame. If Banggood could treat a loyal and top ranked customer this way, I cannot imagine how badly they would treat other customers having the same issues.
2/4/17 update: I used the Paypal dispute process to address this issue. At least I was able to get "some" responses. But their support staff was pretty incompetent and kept repeating the some question or did not full understand my request. Eventually, I threatened to escalate to Paypal and Banggood finally issued a refund. Kudos to Paypal. What's seems even absurd was that even after the refund was issued, their support staff sent another 2 days later email repeating the same meaningless information without even knowing that Paypal has already closed the issue. Banggood is good for its low price but they better clean up their act to fix their customer support issues and return process. Otherwise I am sure they would lose more business due to unhappy customers.

Once the parcel is dispatched, they don't gurantee if it reaches to you or not. And if it gets stuck at anywhere then you are responsible to get it at you house.

Horrible company and customer service. I purchased a camera on there, it shows up with no protection and thus, the screen on the camera is shattered. I also found out the battery will not hold a charge. After contacting Bang good for a week, providing pictures, the shipping label and SKU # as they require, they finally emailed me back saying that I now needed to send them video of the item. Instead of providing a refund for a product that they shipped with no protection, they keep giving the runaround in hopes I will cut my loses. 9 days later, I'm still waiting on a response that doesn't involve asking for more pictures, video or whatever else they "need".

I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. A measure of how good a company is, is how well they deal with problems, so far customer service has been first class. Terry

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.

My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
