I thought I found a nice product with a very low cost. The added shipping cost didn't make it unappealing. I purchased the item. After a week I decided to see if I could track the item. Found out that it was never shipped. Tried to contact them by phone - ************** - is not in service. So I started a chat. Rep told me that if I don't pay an additional $32, then the order will be cancelled. So I requested a refund.
I bought two solar panels from the website. One packet was damaged and a part was missing/broken.
I opened a ticket with the support, I supplied them with photos as well as with videos showing exactly the issue and the damaged item as they requested, now they want me to leave the solar panel for couple of hours and test again if it works.
FOR All you guys who have little knowledge with solar and energy in general, what sense does it make to leave the panels outside and wait that after a couple of hours they will start working!?
This is a scam!
I searched the internet about these Panels and clearly they have issues, but Banggood does not want to admit.
I opened a case with PayPal. Let's see the outcome. If nothing happens, I will inform the lawyer and ask him to get this done via the law as this item was shipped from Spain
Beware, if you write a review of the item and it happens to be negative, they don't approve it so you never know the negative comments that the item receives.

My case number: **************948
It took close to 2 MONTHS TO ARRIVE!
Arrived on the 23rd of May (3 days ago), first day of usage: screen jitters and flickers. I turn it off and restart the computer (It takes a minute or more to boot sometimes) the laptop continues with the screen issue. After waiting a little longer the issue goes away. Probably heat related. I don't know.
I also warned the laptop has a bent lid. This is not normal, i asked other minibook owners and they sent me photos. Mine is terrible.
The issue is, they asked for 24 hours to respond to the ticket i opened. No response in almost 30 hours.
They have responded after i opened a paypal dispute. Still, the responses are slow, i don't want to wait more MONTHS to solve this.
I can now only do light work on the laptop, if i watch videos it heats so much the screen starts to flicker and acting up weird! I'm afraid this can get worse with time too...
Banggood's livechat is useless. I won't wait any more time to solve this issue. I want solutions, i feel ripped off.
I will change the review once we sort out a solution for my case.

30 days to receive a small light package I could've sent via mail and gotten it to China in 1 week. Received email stating delivery between May 13th and 18th (have the screenshot to prove it), texted with support on the 18th, nothing but lies and fraud on the other end. May 20th, shipment still not here, nothing to tell me where it is on the tracking, supposedly arrived in the country on May 4th. Avoid these scammers like the plague, I most certainly will.

Returned a faulty rc car in early March and to date 5/14/22 nothing. They promised to reimburse me for return shipping, nothing. Returned item with in warrantee period, nothing. So far I'm out almost 300 dollars. And they have the item. I supplied videos, tracking #'s and all paperwork, nothing. They keep closing the ticket as they always have to have the last word, and the you are on the hook to reply with -in 7 days or they close it. Mind you I've been doing this since the beginning of MARCH.

I ordered two identical drones from this company and paid for them both. They sent me only one. After sending them numerous e-mails, photos, videos describing and proving the situation, they finally sent me the missing drone after about 16 days. The service dept. is slow but they came through at last.

3 months restocking and never sent my order. Site shows the product in stock. Poor service. The same lies again and again

Bought hobby stuff for my sun, says ships within 48-72hrs fair enough but it did not say delivery time 50-60 business days not counting weekends and holidays so give it take 4 months.

Purchased 02-2-22 and as of 03-09-22 just a fake tracking #. These people sell things they do not have and expect you to wait weeks on end just to ship. They refuse to cancel. They hold you hostage after the get the funds. AVOID unless you have time to wait.

I bought from them a warm white dimmable led standing lamp in August 2021. I received a cold white non dimmable one that was slightly bent. I reported this immediately to customer service (including pictures and videos) and they have been rejecting to refund me since then. They keep on closing the complaint tickets without resolving the issue, and this has been going on for 6 months. Their last feedback I received was that I have no grounds to complain because the product is usable! The managers of this company are either scammers or have no idea of what consumer rights are. Do not buy from them.

I was looking for 'Remote Controlled Switch Power Socket', because I didn't find it in my country. After checkout, first they wrote the goods were not yet available, "we are waiting for them from the factory". They waited, a few months later they sent. Arrived. The remote controller is not configured in any way. Leaf manual in English did not help, does not work. There is no such model in Iнтернет, as well as manual to it. The site does not have a simple quick and understandable way of feedback, which could be used for an acceptable time for a busy person. There are chat, mail, messenger icons, but they are inactive. Shortly, choosing expressions, the next frivolous guys, whom I block from the first joint and forever [including the annoying advertising that they slam daily since registration]. Appreciate your time, gentlemen).
P.S. Bought the "Remote Socket" in Moscow. It is elementally configured and works.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my husband back before Christmas (12/11/2021). Their website says the shoes shipped on 1/11/2022. However, they never shipped. Today is 1/25/2022 and I still do not have the shoes. There is no one to call and speak with and they will not give me my money back. Purchased a SJ rc f11s drone from banggood, the price was reasonable and I received it in a short amount of time, I charged up all my batteries including the remote control and took it out to fly and everything worked flawlessly. I charged everything up before I put it away and I noticed the remote control kept turning itself on by itself and depleting the battery. I recharged it several times only to have it turn itself on again and deplete its battery. I contacted banggood and they wanted me to take a video of the problem and upload it to Facebook and or YouTube and send them the link, that sounded ridiculous to me so I just took a picture of the remote controller while it was on but that wasn't good enough for them and they refuse to send me a new controller but I found a used one for sale online and I just ordered that for $50. Zero Stars for banggood customer service, they got my money but they would not stand behind their product I will shop elsewhere from now on.

Banggood have sent me a simlar product, i. E WRONG product. Because it doesn't have some of the features described on their site. So far they are refusing to replace it findng silly excuses. Bought an expensive 4K laser projector from their warehouse in the Czech which arrived damaged.
Asked for a full refund but they insisted I returned the projector to their warehouse in the UK - not Czech or Spain warehouses located within the EU. I sent the projector to the UK but they never picked up the projector because they realized they have to pay VAT on it (Brexit surprise!).
So now they refuse to give me my refund because they didn't take delivery of the product, so stay away from this fraudulent Chinese company who refuses to live up to the EU consumer rights, despite selling from warehouses inside the EU to citizens in the EU.
So do not become a fool like me pooring 1300 Euros down the drain!

This particular radio has very poor reception and sound quality on FM, which is the reason I purchased it.

I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.

My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
