Banggood should immidiately change their name to Bangbad. They deliver a faulty product to me. I discribe the problem in a mail. They want me to film it and post it on Youtube. Like I have time for such crap? Believe in the customer! I ordered a 4WD RC car. Well did it drive on all four wheels? No, just on two. A faulty product. This sucks.

Banggood is a nice place to buy gadgets and many other stuff for a good price. The products take a little bit long to be delivered in Brazil, but I cannot complain. Lately, the products getting more expensive and I found some products, already in Brazil, cheaper than in Banggood.

I thought of making this post so others don't make the same mistake that I did. There is a site named www.banggood.com that claims to sell various products.
I was looking for buying a leather briefcase and saw this bag (currently advertised for $91.62 against regular price tag of $244.79). My big mistake was assuming this to be a leather bag looking at the price tag. When the bag actually arrived it's a CHEAP canvas bag that no-one will pay even $10.
Banggood site promises returns within 24 hours with no questions asked. I immediately contacted Banggood, but its more than 10 days and it's clear this company has no intentions of refunding me. I have taken this as a lesson and know I have foolishly wasted my money. I am making this post so that at least you will not fall prey to such companies ads and waste your money.
After I posted the above review on various sites I received the following response from Banggood. Please read the response and see how horrible this company is. PLEASE stay away from them.

The quality of the calls is bad and I can't hear them, because the volume is very low. I sent you my review and even photos so you can see how the items are. But now they ask me for a video to prove that they don't work well! My question is how can you make a video to prove that you don't hear well with the headphones and it hurt my ears? I don't want and I do not admit to having to expose my face or my voice in the videos... Explain to me how to do it...

I ordered an electric scooter (environment friendly) to drive to work and back, because of the small distance I have. All was fine, but only for 4 days. Then it won't start anymore. I write with customer support for about 2 months and there is no solution already.
They are even stupid, or really don't want to solve the problem. The think is, that $#*!ty product cost me about 600€.
The webpage is 1:1 like AliExpress.com, but who didn't ordered at least once from aliexpress? Even if you have some issues, there is certainly someone who is able and willing to help you. Well, not the same case with banggood.
Of course my 1 star review was not uploaded on the product page. So all the people know everything is fine. I know: my webpage, my rules. But in that world are we living?

Bought an rc helicopter. After 10 days they cancel my order because they could not deliver at my home address. Everybody deliver at my home address. They told me that they would give me back my money. Still waiting after a month.

I tried few products and specifically purchased woodworking rulers, these products must be accurate and I had high expectations, however the products arrived damaged - bent - with a package that should be more fitted to the products, the packaging should be more robust and tight. There should be ability to select a better delivery, like ups or dhl at least the same level of service.
I don't mind paying more for good product and service, unfortunately fromm experience it does not worth the trouble of getting it from banggood, at least not products that should be shipped with attention and carefulness.

Had on order for over a month in "processing" got notice would be removed from cart in 7 days looked on site and item in stock so canceled processing item ordered same item and now says shipped will see in few weeks if shows up

Returns dont happen and recieve damaged or wrong item now and then

I received my dive set in damaged packaging that was sealed with tape from the carrier. I communicated through the site and they kept asking me for patience. After 3 weeks they closed the case without a solution and also without refund. I'm still left with an incomplete dive set. Tanks Banggood

Do not buy from this company. I received an item that was damaged, notified banggood immediately of the damaged goods received. Supplied them with pictures of the damaged item. Takes 2-3 days to even obtain a response. This has been going on with no refund/replacement resolution. I called AMEX to stop payment on the transaction. Terrible customer service after website claims below:

Answer: I've ordered over 20 items from Banggood and only had problems with two, in both cases their customers services sent me a replacement promptly. I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. A measure of how good a company is, is how well they deal with problems, so far customer service has been first class. Terry

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
