After having placed MANY orders with Banggood with varied results, they finally did something that makes their other shipping issues pale by comparison.

I ordered on 12/23 a $140 radio controlled car transmitter.

They gave me a shipping tracking number a few days later.

Problem is, it is now 1/12/15 and the tracking number STILL says that the "origin post" is preparing the shipment.

Now... you guessed it... Bangood is showing OUT OF STOCK for this item.

They refuse to refund my money, repeatedly LYING to me that the item has shipped, even though the tracking number says otherwise.

I have filed a Paypal claim, but that is waiting for Banggood to reply to by 1/18.

I have had three different LIVE chats with "Julia" there... nothing but the same robot reply over and over.

So buyer beware... when Banggood's system is incorrect and they are out of stock when you order and item that is SUPPOSED to be in stock, they will create a shipping label with a tracking number... and then will LIE to you for WEEKS waiting for the item to be back in stock!

If BANGGOOD is watching this.,... this is for order number *******.

JUST REFUND MY MONEY AND I WILL CLOSE THE CLAIM WITH PAYPAL.

I want my money back so that I can buy this item from a reputable location.

My 680mah battery's are still not in stock.
I don't want to make a problem out of this, but when i wan't to change to order to the less powerfull 600mah battery's I have to pay extra?
I think this isn't logical, asked several times on e-mail to send me the 600mah battery's but they keep responding that I have to pay extra.

Dear Banggood, i'm happy with my quadcopter, is a great toy. But when you screw up with deliviry times and no stock please find a solution for the extra payment.

Horrible experience! I have purchased 4 items on Banggood. Com. They were all clothing. Regardless of what their size chart says, DO NOT BUY IT! I ordered M but their size would be best described as XXS. Customer service is horrible. Will NOT give you a refund and will not accept that their chart is off. Besides that it is the worst quality you will ever find! DO NOT BUY Anything from them! I guess, they pay their people to post positive reviews!

I ordered a product on the 28th December and paid via Paypal. The order still has not shipped. There was an initial problem with my user account with Banggood. Through no fault of my own mind you. They sent me an email on the 29th December and I rectified the problem by updating my account details.

Since that date, I have had no contact from them. I have emailed them 5 times, to get an update and have not had any response. I have contacted the online chat services daily and am told either the product will ship in 24 hours or just to be patient and wait until Banggood responds to my emails.

Very poor customer service. They are happy to take my money (it was a substantial purchase) and at the moment I feel they have no intention of fulfilling the order.

I have bought from Banggood.com a couple times and I usually get my order in a very timely manner. But i placed an order December 2nd 2014 and 36 day later I am still waiting on it. The customer service had been terrible. They have been absolutely no help. They have my money and it does not sound like they care if i get my order.

This is my first order with Banggood and It will be my last. I placed my order on Dec 4,2014. As of today, Dec 30,2014 my package shows it is still sitting in China. When I placed the order it showed delivery time to the USA of 7-15 days. I have contacted Banggood several times and the only response I get is "please be patient, and wait a little while longer". I have opened a claim with Paypal for Banggood's failure to deliver goods.

Ordered an item over 3 weeks ago and still have not received anything, sent them a number of emails but have had no reply, had to report them to PayPal to try to get my money back... avoid this company or prepare yourself for terrible customer service and loosing your money

banggood.com has brought lots of flexibility to my business. Prices are first thing you will notice, most of things you will not find better priced anywhere online, period. This allows us to stock on some little things we would normal acquire per project basis. For very valuable, large and/or fragile items one can always opt for faster means of transport. Most items i ordered went trough snail mail and with some patience all have found its way. Some items were damaged in transport but very clear and concise customer support resolved all issues very fast and kind. This last point is in my opinion more important than original price and that is why we will return to their shop.

I love dealing with banggood. They have great quality products and their service is exceptional. They come highly recommended from my family.

Never order anything on Banggood!

I ordered a Cubot GT99 on Banggood.com. I received my smartphone 30 days too late! I had to send 3 emails to finally receive the smartphone. When I finally received the smartphone and pushed the power button, the phone didn't work! It's really junk. I can't do anything with this phone. Now they ask me to send the phone back. Not only is this a big cost, but I'm allready 4 months without a smartphone. Afterservice is really bad.

Do yourself a favour and never order on this site!

Low prices and products as described, well packaged and promptly shipped. Customer service is outstanding. I definitely recommend it.
Tip for customers: customs may delay the delivery date of a couple of weeks.

Having had a bad experience recently I have realised that trying to get these people to accept responsibility for their errors is impossible. You are blocked from feeding back to anybody who has any level of customer interest. They are happy to lose a customer by wasting enormous amounts of time on emails that will not accept blame for their hopeless systems and customer ethos. Beware. Absolutely dire attitude to customer service.

I've done a lot of shopping at Banggood. Always low prices and excellent product quality, Customer service is the best. Any problems are quickly solved with a smile.

This site is a pretty good site. I've had no problems with this site. You just have to be very patient with your orders and they have excellent customer service! They will not hide behind the bushes with your order but tell you everything you need to know about your order status!

Banggood.com. I have purchased many items from BG over the last 2 years or so, and never had any problems.
I recently received a item from them that was faulty, it had a technical fault that would show up only if you used the item to it's full potential.
I contacted BG with my problem and receive a prompt email reply with help and advice as to the possible cause, and things to try.
After doing all the tests on the item to track down the fault, we decided that two parts needed replacing. This would have been easy to do as the item was designed to be easy to repair if danged.
Banggood said the items were on the way and sorry for any inconvenience caused.
They sent me a completely new item again, 100% perfect, 75% more that was needed to effect the repair needed, we are talking over £40 here.
This is were a good company's shine above others, Any company can sell me items as they do, but this is why Banggood is my favorite site for price, value, and top service,
