I ordered a pair of insulated cargo pants in size 38. What I got was a pair of cargo pants in size 36 and the were unlinded. I contacted Banggood by email and it took over a week for them to respond. There responses have been inflammatory demining. They were provided invoice # and the sku number. This was not enough for them. Besides the wrong size the pants were poor quality. They have refused to respond to my request to send the pants back for exchange. Now l have been asking for a refund. They will not respond to my request. I want my money back.

THEY SENT A BROKEN TABLET AND SINCE THEN THEY HAVE FAILED TO REIMBURSE ME! SENT IT BACK A LONG TIME AGO AND THEY HAVE STOPPED CONTACTING ME ALLTOGETHER! PAYPAL CANNOT CONFIRM SHIPMENTS TO CHINA AND WERE NO HELP! CROOKS AND CRIMINALS! BUYERS BEWARE!

It has been 3 weeks past already. I know that the product is a made in China product. But Why is it taking so long to receive the item?
The shipped date is 02/05/2015 that was Chinese New Year before you shipped already.

It might be that was lost my package. Or they gave me a fake tracking #.
I have to using item ASAP.
I really hope you can fix this delivery issue.
If theres any issue with the product delivery, then please have it sent through express mail. But They didn't no reply.

Wait so long for items and when they do arrive they faulty and don't work. Box not even sealed

They say. You get what you pay. Well. This site is run by Chinese people and you know they can be cheap. That's exactly what this site is. They may have some cheap items but forget about customer service or on time delivery. Ordered items couple of times and both times it took more then a month. Which is 2 weeks more then their stated shipping times on their website...

Do yourself a favor and pay more and buy from US retailer. Piece of mind!

I recently made my first purchase from this site. I bought a quadcopter and a pack of spare batteries. The batteries never arrived, so i mailed them and they sent me a new pack free of charge. I have to say that the support and communications were excellent. I highly recommend this site!

Good value for the price - quality products.
Good customer support.
No problems with refunds and reshipping.

A nightmare, ordered 4 3D printers with my Paypal balance (instant payment) for 1600 USD, no answer for 4 days then they canceled my order because they wanted I order the printers one by one instead of 2 and 2. Now they need 3 days to process the refund despite that Paypal balance refunds are instant. So one week lost for my company. They are not reliable and they don't help to resolve problems that they create themselves. Horrible company. Stay away.

I had made 6 purchases from them. Every single order was a nightmare. They made mistakes every time. Not sending the right items, sending broken or inferior products and three of the times, missing items that I never got even after sending a dozen emails. Not to be trusted!

Very good selection of products and good prices. Many Asian internet stores have a bad reputation for customer service, but Banggood is an exception. My first order with them didn't go very well as the product arrived non-functional. Banggood customer service responded quickly to my emails and a replacement unit is being sent. Thank you Banggood! I'll will be buying more from them in the future.

I waited 5 weeks for my items that were sent standard airmail. After numerous email responses asking me to continue waiting patiently, I feel it is necessary to place a negative review. Other items that were order after this item was received weeks ago, I wont order from bangood again in the future.

Update 2/02/2015: I asked everyday for a week for a refund. They kept telling me to wait two more weeks. Finally, the agreed to refund my money. Yea, I was told to wait one to three weeks for the refund. I also order the same parts from another company in Hong Kong. That purchase was made on 1/27 and received today 2/2/2015.

Repeat! Do not use banggood

Been over a month and I just got a notice it has arrived in New York. Crap service. Will not be ordering anything from Banggood again

I buy a lot of really cheap merchandise direct from China. Lately I have been using Banggood.com In the past month I received a quad copter with a non functioning camera, a watch that doesn't keep time and a bunch of OBD2 car diagnostic plugins that don't work. They sent me a new camera for the 'copter, which only took me two hours of micro surgery to install.

Great eshop with fast delivery and good communication with customer.
Customer support is on high level and tries always do everything to customer satisfaction.

What is also positive on banggood, they offer automaticly a better shipping with tracking number.

My next order comes to banggood.
