BGPay password management doesnt work here is why:
1) BGPay password cannot be the same as login password, so the website compare the new BGPay password with login password
2) My login password contained special characters. So when the website compares my login password with the BGPay password, it BUGs.
3) I changed my login password to not contain special characters, then I could set up my BGPay password.

After having seen that video, they think the reason is that i mistyped the control word.
And they contact me despite the fact that i have written I solved my problem by changing my 2 passwords using simple characters. Their helpdesk is a team of copy/pasters who cant read explanations.

At first there was a discrepancy between the Banggood price and the sum PayPal was charging. Long story short, Banggood was charging the correct price and PayPal's initial price did not include the small shipping fee. It was more of a PP problem in terms of listing the initial charge and not the final charge in the checkout process. All is well that ends well. 5 stars for overall satisfaction.
Good, but my address was correct and clicked. To make it clearer, ask the customer to click the default address or make a new one.

3)if changes have been made to the order, report them on the link page
4)answer specific product questions

Answer: I've ordered over 20 items from Banggood and only had problems with two, in both cases their customers services sent me a replacement promptly. I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. A measure of how good a company is, is how well they deal with problems, so far customer service has been first class. Terry

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
