I ADVISE PEOPLE NEVER NEVER TO SHOP AT BANGGOOD, THEY HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY AND NO PRODUCTS, I ORDERD PRODUCTS IN AUGUST IN ONE MONTH THEY DID NOT ARRIVE, I HAVE MADE AT LEAST TEN CONTACTS, HAVE KEPT THESE EMAILS TO PROVE THIS, THEY KEEP SAYING THEY ARE SENDING REPLACEMENT ORDER, STILL NOTHING ARRIVE, I THINK THIS COMPANY TAKES YOUR MONEY DOES NOT SEND ANY PRODUCTS THEN KEEPS YOUR MONEY AND WHEN YOU COMPLAINE THEY TELL YOU TO WAIT OR OR PARCEL IS ON THE WAY OR THEY WILL SEND A REPLACEMENT ORDER WHICH LIKE ME IT NEVER ARRIVES, IT IS ALMOST OCOTOBER NOW, I ORDERED IN AUGUST 2015 THE FIRST WEEK IN AUGUST, THESE PEOPLE; STEAL YOUR MONEY THEN YOU GET NO PRODUCT, CAUTION CAUTION DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE AS THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LIKE ME WILL BE FOBBED OFF NO PRODUCTS BUT YOU DONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK EITHER, I THINK THEY ARE A FAKE COMPANY. I bought a Vkworld Vk700 smartphone from banggood.com. First of all, it took 30 days, 5 days more than stated to arrive in Greece. The box had been opened(had no seal and torn bags) but due to waiting for a long time I ignored this. It turns out the phone had a faulty loudspeaker so I sent an email to Support to get a replacement or refund. They answered that they needed video proof so I sent some videos showing the problem.
After seeing them, they answered after about 5 days asking me to send it back to China with the shipping fees ON ME. This is half the price of the phone and it would take months until I received the replacement. I asked them for a better solution and they told me I should choose cheaper shipping (as if I would choose the most expensive solution), I told them this is unacceptable and I wouldn't be buying from them again if nothing is done, I got no response, a faulty phone and 80$ less. I will avoid them from now on and so should you.

I received one item with a hole in the side of the dress. The other was the wrong size shirt. I ordered 3 shirts in the same size and only 2 of them were received as ordered. Apparently the sizing changes depending on what product is ordered. So for example it will say US - size XL, which means size XL. But in other items it it will also say US size XL but will be converted to Asian size XXL. I believe this to be misleading.

Although I sent my complaint with a copy of the order confirmation, they tell me they need the order number (seems to be to hard to look at the previous order number seeing it was sequential eg. *****#14 and *****#15 only split for warehousing purposes after the purchase). They also claim the size I ordered was correct.

They have so far refused to even look into the issue with the hole in the dress, they just keep harping on about the size, which is misleading. I have sent 4 emails now without acceptance of either claim.

I've never written a review, but I feel I need to warn people. I ordered 2 pair of cargo pants from Banggood and after waiting 6 weeks for delivery they finally show up. That's not the bad part. They are way too small so I look into the package for a return label, no luck. I look online and there is no return info. Now I know I'm in trouble. I email them that I need to return the pants. Their reply was to ask that I take a picture of the pants with a tape measure so they can be sure it's not a quality control issue. They didn't like the picture because they It didn't show the size label. I retake and resend them a pic with a tape measure and the label in the pic. The pants were 2+ inches too small in the waist and way skinny in the legs. They tell me 2inches is within the margin of error and they won't take the return. I'll be calling my credit card company.

I should also mention, right after I made the purchase my credit card info was compromised. Coincidence?

Very unhappy with this company, bought an item from its associated ebay seller (yoopar) only to realise instantly that i bought the wrong item, sent yoopar a message immediately asking for cancellation and a refund, no reply, but within minutes the item was marked dispatched, then hours later i received a message basically saying "tough luck we already sent it" so the seller had no intention of giving me a refund, he took my money then laughed at me, very annoyed! I will do everything in my power to shut this company down!

I placed an order on Aug. 8,2015 and it supposedly shipped the next morning Aug. 9. Here it is Sept. 18 and I still have not received my order. I contacted Banggood two times and they just respond by telling me to be exercising my patience. It supposedly got to the U.S. on 8/12, where is it?

In august, I was the winner of the DJI Phantom 3 Professional at 9.9 dollars.

For me all was done and my order was done.

But a technical problem in bangood didn't have validated my order, but I not received an information from bangood about this error.

I went in vacation and when my vacation was finished, I look my account on bangood. My order was closed.

I communicate with banggood. It said because i have not pay my order.

It doesn't want reopen my order but it's not my fault

Based on this experience, I proved myself right, & shame on me for being sucked in by cheap prices.
NEVER AGAIN.

EDIT: I waited well over 30 days for a bag that never arrived.
Emails back & forth to customer service, always telling me to "wait with patience", now I have my money back & I will not bother with banggood ever again.

Katherine L, what's the point in investigating the case? There is no case!
I received one of the 2 items I ordered, I got my money back for the one that didn't arrive, so who cares. At this point I am not owed anything.
The pisser is that I really wanted that second item, being a bag, as I have one like it but it's wearing out.
We learn from our mistakes. I refuse to hand over my money & simply wait with my fingers crossed that what I paid for actually arrives.

EDIT: & banggood are still spamming my email with offers... hahahahaha, as if I'm ever going to bother!

Three major issues

1> Delivery time. 29 days. They say its should take 20 days. They make no mention of this when ordering.

2> The sizing charts for pants are insane. I got size 40 men cargo pants. I like them loose. I have size 38 cargo pant (wrangler) from walmart that a little snug. I also have size 40 cargo pant (wrangler) from walmart... a little better fit. I ordered size 40 from banggood. I could not even get my one leg into the pant. My father in law is chinese. He wears a size 32-34 pant. These pants fit him.

3> Return policy timeline. They say you must return within 3 days of "receiving product". I emailed the first day the product arrived. Took 2 days to get response. The first response was a generic email asking questions. Then we went back and forth with many emails. In the end they are not refunding or exchanging the pants.
