On Oct 24,2015 ordered two mini cameras, still not received, repeated request for a refund still has not happen. Customer service is the worst ever, stay away from this site. Aliexpress is the best fair site for resolutions on purchases you can shop this site and if you did not get what you wanted 100% refund. Vendor refund 3-5 days

I can't believe the way they conduct business. I am waiting over one month for my order and when I said let's just cancel and get refund I was told it would take 2 to 3 weeks for that to happen! It will be a race to see what happens first... my order or my refund! What a joke! I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone and will never use again. Besides you cannot reach by phone, only e-mails. Seriously?!

Sizes are different

I bought 3 cargo pants with the same sizes but when i try it only one pant fits the sizes says 30 but in actual size 2 of them are smaller, all 3 pant with same size as 30 but different.

The worst on line seller

Products from this company are plain and simply crap!... Bought a jacket as a present in size 2x, I wear large and could not even get my arm into the sleeve... They wanted me to send them a picture of the items I bought so they could be returned... Told them to look in the warehouse or order themselves... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Beware

Beware... do not use this site. Your paypal will be charged differently... and you will never recieve your items... then you will not be able to gain access to your banggood account... total scam... update. Don't be fooled by banggoods supposed care about customers problems. After their comments on my review, I gave them all my order details. Under promise of an email back from them... surprise surprise... nothing... total scam site don't use... update... still no response from banggood... luckily paypal has refunded me... as I said before total scam

Tricked by good deals

I ordered two small items that were suppose to be in a US warehouse. According to website they were shipped out on. Oct. 27,2015. Today is Nov. 23,2015. When contacted via live chat I am told 7-20 business days. If they did the math they could see that it has been that long. Won't be doing business with this Asian Rodeo again.

Clothing and handbags

Do not buy any clothing from this site. Sizing is not the same as for the U.S. so disappointed beyond words and a big waste of money that I could have used somewhere else. And the handbags and wallets are a big disappointment as well. Such poor quality. I just wasted over two hundred dollars. Do not buy from this site. I gave it one star which in fact it should have not even been given that.

I bought this watch i have explain to them that have not receive it at all. I receive the other #3 but i missing #1. Then they told me to go the other site to track it. But i did still there not response from them at all. Well now this is a lesson learn that all sites are not LEGIT. Beside how will like it if someone did that to them.(KARMA) peace-out!

Quality of Handbag

I purchased two handbags from Banggood. Shortly after I started carrying the first one the handle buckles started coming apart frequently. I have tried to explain this to them. At first they act like they don't understand, but the final resolve was "carry it with both handles". If you have a problem with your product you will not get help. Don't buy from them.

Order *******- 3 dorm curtains- all 3 arrived with holes where they had been folded, they were incorrectly sold as "fabric" but were in actual fact PLASTIC. I have complied with their request for Photos and paperwork but to no avail they just keep requesting the same info. DON'T DEAL WITH THEM!

Don't buy from these people. I ordered a pair of arm warmers, they sent one. Who buys arm warmers in ones? I now have 19 emails in the folder from customer service and still have only one warmer. I think they changed the website to try to show I was in the wrong. Customer Service seems to only exist to keep hope alive and stop you leaving bad reviews. And the damn thing only cost £2.80 in the first place!

I made over 20 orders with Banggood. They are usually late (Romanian customs is very slow too), but everything got here ok eventually.

Out of 20 orders and about 200 products bought I never received a fake, or a defect, or a broken one. Just two sheets of metal were crumpled and a Powerbank had a small crack.
They only messed up one order and they great support team reinboursed me ASAP.

Also their European warehouse is a proper one, with fast, free shipping and no taxes (unlike other China webshop pages allegendly based in Europe).

In short, great products, great prices, great support... shipping is a bit slow though and packaging could be improved.

Well Surprise, surprise this item finally turned up 35 days after dispatch. I opened the parcel and out fell a dish rag - no not a dish rag but a jumper which was soaking wet right through. Did it come by sea?

I decided to wash it, but there are no washing instructions on it, so if it shrinks or loses shape I will expect a refund - wishful thinking...

Dear Readers,
Thanks to all readers. Since my last post BangBad has finally issued a refund. The only language they understand is posting review anywhere possible.

I know this can be time consuming but to me getting my money back was a huge victory. Also I know this has helped a lot of people in making decisions on this atrocious company.
Please DO NOT rely on PayPal to solve problems with the seller especially if you are to bare the cost of the returns. They claim you can get full refund but this exclude postage. This isn't right. How can a buyer who received a faulty good be asked to returned at their cost. PayPal does not consider how expensive it is to return the goods.

Please advise yourselves and do not fall a victim these businesses.

I previously provided a review headed " You will curse yourself for buying from Bang... Terrible!

I have been quiet for some time. This was only because Banggood has agreed to resolve the issue. Unfortunately this has not been the case. Communications with them is complete waste of time.
Dont believe the lies. They will send you polite emails to make you think they are listening it is all a cover up to waste your time. Banggood hallmark is nothing but time wasters and scams. They will do anything to make you think you will get somewhere with them.
In my case Banggood had finally agreed that they would refund the postage and the cost of the goods if I return the product. I then send them the list of prices so that they can make an informed decision. Once they received the cost they started playing games again.
Dear readers, Dont be fooled, you are lucky if Banggood have ever refunded you or exchanged your goods. I intend to post all the emails so you will all made your mind up.
I will like call on everyone whose grievances have not been addressed properly to report these scam of a company to Rogue traders. Watchdog and rogue traders investigators do not need to go to China to get the evidence. There are numerous other websites sharing similar bad experiences and if we can get the big guns on board then maximum publicity will be achieved in a short time.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you like your voice heard. Dont let this happen to other people.
