Purchased an action camera in December '15 as a Xmas present for someone. Camera was found to be faulty - it has never been used to take a single video. Banggood insisted I send it back for repair rather than replacement which I did.
Despite me constantly emailing them I still have no camera and have no idea when or if I will ever receive it. I am starting proceedings with my credit card company to recover the money.
AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.
Update 28/03/16: Order number provided via private message. Over 20 emails sent. 3 months wait and I still don't have the camera I paid for back in December 2015. They have refused a replacement camera despite the camera having never worked and have insisted on a repair. If they ever resolve this I will update this review accordingly.
Update 06/04/16: Still no camera and still no refund and no idea when I am likely to receive either.
Update 01/05/16 - I have a camera after many months. After I had removed the broken memory card from the slow with tweezers it actually works.
I order an item about two months ago. When I was to pay, I missed a digit of my credit card so I tried again. Imagine my surprise when I saw my credit card charged twice and the order placed twice! I emailed them several times, but... nothing. I haven't received my order or money back for the duplicate charge. The web-site says i should receive my order in 8-20 business days. There are serious web-sites out there, but this one is not. DO NOT order from banggood.com. They are scammers.
A few weeks after I posted my review and I still haven't received my order or refund!
Another few more weeks passed and I finally received my order.

This site may be cheap. But remember, you get what you pay for, am waiting for 17 days for an order that was supposed to be 7-9 days... not happy, not satisfied... lol, and now I find you have to register with a site to post this review... unbelievable... now 21 days... funny, that since I thought I was getting a deal, now I only see bad reviews... not one positive... this site sucks, stay away from bang good, next stop... BBB.

I ordered what were advertised as large and medium LiPo battery charging bags. The picture showed both of them and the description referenced bags (plural). When the order arrived there was only one bag in the package. I contacted customer service who informed me that only the one bag was what I ordered. I went back and forth with them several times pointing out the discrepancies between what was shown and described on their web site and what they were telling me. They wouldn't budge - it was a classic "are you going to believe me or your lying eyes" situation. Buyer beware!

Everything about this experience was bad. Order took quite a while to reach me. Item didn't work like it said it would, so I contacted the company. After having to make them a stupid video demo of the item not working (which they couldn't open and then wanted me to post it on youtube) they tell me that I need an additional item to allow my item to work. Something about having a different voltage in the U.S. Nowhere in the ad was this stated. The voltage of the item was stated, but nothing about needing another product if you were ordering from the U.S. They declined my request for a refund. Total waste of time and money.

I just received the dress I ordered about three weeks ago. I paid $13 for it and I got a dress worth 5 cents. The seams are all off. There are pockets that were not on the dress online. It is unwearable. I won't bother to send it back. You get what you pay for.

Bangood told me my bank declined payment, but my bank charged the payment to my acct. I chat with customer service they said it takes 2-3 weeks to refund my money, but they sure took my money fast. I see too many complaints about this company. I'll stay with Lazada

I bought and paid for four solar security lights. They sent me the wrong ones and one didn't work. They replaced the one that didn't work, but would not replace the other three that were wrong. Customer service just kept asking for a video of a light fitting not working. If you think about it, you cannot take a video of a light not working properly. Banggood have closed off the case as resolved. I strongly suggest you don't buy anything from Banggood as they are a very dishonest company to do business with.

Ordered many items from Banggood and most items arrived in under 1 month. One item got lost and contacted customer service. I was quickly offered refund or replacement without any problem. Their price is higher than their competitor A... but they provide customer service in case you have issue with the order.
I ordered three holders to store shoes, The parcel did not arrive for three weeks and when it did it was very poor quality material. The handle came off in my hands and I feel the goods are well over priced and I will never shop with Bangood again

I ordered of banggood once ordering dimmable LED lights, when I clicked to order it said it never went through. So I ordered again. Once zj spotted error I contacted to not process first order. Long story short both orders went out. However this was lucky as KED lights were shoddy I have already had to replace 5 of them over 4 months.

Ordered over a $100 worth of goods from this site. They said delivery 10 - 15 days.
2 months later still no goods, locked out of my account so cannot check where the order is. Reset my password but still locked out. I have written off my money.
Avoid these thieves at all costs. They are very plausible scam artists.

Ordered wireless headphones for my young son, they arrived without the accessory lead that gives the option to connect to tablet/phone/DVD player. Wanted to use them wireless so this wasn't really a problem I just ordered a cable from eBay in case I ever needed to connect. When I tried to charge the headphones the charging port inside headphone was loose and so wouldn't charge rendering these headphones completely useless! Contacted customer services about returning them, sent them screen shot of proof of payment and they have now stopped replying to my emails. I have had to open a resolution case in PayPal to try and get a refund for this item. I previously bought my daughter the same headphones from Amazon and have had no problem with them but these ones are that bad even Delboy wouldn't sell them the quality is that poor! I have ordered a new pair from Amazon and will definitely stay away from this dodgy site from now on!

I am a first time shopper on this site. A few hours after placing my order i got an email that it was canceled. At the time of placing my order it gave me the option to buy my items with a debit card or paypal i opted to use my debit card. When i spoke with someone on the live chat they said my order was canceled because i didnt register a paypal account and that i needed to register it and reorder. I asked what they would do for the inconvenience and they told me they wouldnt do anything. Also it only took them a few hours to take the money from my debit card but told me it would be 14 days before i saw a refund. For a first time customer this was poor customer service.

Answer: I've ordered over 20 items from Banggood and only had problems with two, in both cases their customers services sent me a replacement promptly. I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. A measure of how good a company is, is how well they deal with problems, so far customer service has been first class. Terry

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
