I placed an order for an "in stock" item three weeks ago, they charged my credit card, and when I got my tracking info it turned out to belong to someone else's shipment.
After a week I finally got a response to my emails and calls and was told that it was "out of stock" with their regular vendor but they would rush ship it to me from another.
The following week - after yet another call/email - I was promised that I would have it within a few days.
Fast forward three weeks (no merchandise) and I call to cancel the order and have my money refunded as it's clear to me that this company is jerking me around. The customer service person tells me she doesn't even see my order in their system (and therefore cannot process a refund!).
Shady business practices. Will call American Express and have them take back their charge.
THE WORST WEBSITE EVER. I ordered a blackberry Q10 in gold. On the website and it was in stock and I was excited. I received a phone but it was the silver version which I already had. They emailed me and told me they didn't have the gold version available then why the hell would it be on the website. Then they said I would get a refund once I returned the phone and I was like you know, if rather wait until you got it in stock. They then told me they would not ever be getting it in stock. Lucky me. So they had a ups driver sent to my HOME. Without my consent to come pick up the phone. I denied them. I am going to sell this stupid phone and they can go to hell. WORST experience. WORST website.
Ordered 3 pairs of gloves on Monday night. Saved about 40% off prices here in Canada. Received them 4 days later and only $7 shipping. AAA++++
I ordered a guitar cable online from Bambuzo that I wasn't able to initially find anywhere else.
However, on the same day a few hours later, I did find the same cable elsewhere online for a lower price. It was too late to cancel my original order, since it was already in process of shipment.
I did not want to go through the return process, so asked Bambuzo for some help.
Although they do not normally do price matching, they told me that I will be credited the difference in price as a token of customer service.
I received the product quickly, and am very happy with the cable, and the service.

I placed an order of an item I found while searching and the next day I was told they don't have it. Horrible website.
This company is a fraud! I had ordered two sets of computer monitors from here, my order and payments were approved (pending charge even showed on my bank statement), and I even received a confirmation email stating I would be emailed once my order had been shipped so I could track the order. Five hours later I received an email stating my order had been cancelled because the items were out of stock, I had not been charged, and they apologized for the inconvenience. I know that to be bull$#@! Because the website will not allow out-of-stock items to be purchased. I wasn't given any options about whether I would like to place the items on backorder, receive store credit, or refund. To add insult to injury they refuse to respond when I emailed the copy of confirmation of my order proving the items were listed in stock at the time of purchase. Further evidence of their fraud and false advertising can be proven; they also took down the link to the items to show an error message (thankfully I added the item to my "wishlist" so I can still see it, but link is broken also), they also changed the price of the items from the advertised $10 per pair to $600 per pair! This is ridiculous business practices, it is also against the law. Therefore, since the company refuses to respond to many attempts to contact them about this issue, I am now searching for a lawyer to file charges after filing a complaint with the FTC, BBB, and IC3. Don't order from this company, they will cancel your orders wrongfully, they will lie to cover up their deception, and refuse to respond when their errors are pointed out.

We have served thousands of customers successfully and without a glitch but unfortunately there were times when products are listed erroneously. Answer: Hi Caroline. Don't believe a word they say. Contact your bank and put in a claim advising you have not received your purchase. I was getting no response from this company Bambuzo so that it what I did put a claim in with the bank. Surprise surprise the very next day I got an email from Bambuzo telling me they have refunded my purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY... Victoria
Answer: They seem to respond to the better business bureau. Try them.
Answer: I would play it safe and shop elsewhere for the item. I found out through my purchase through Bambuzo that the site may say "in stock", but this simply means that they have a company providing them the product, and will keep this status even if the supplier does not have the product in stock. They are also really slow with approving orders, notifying customers on the status of their orders, and even giving refunds for cancelled orders.
Answer: Link to the Rest of the question and To Respond didn’t work. My correspondence with Bambuzo was alarming. I often wondered if the respondent could read. Mostly the responses seemed like canned answers and were often not responsive to my question. My Credit Card Co covered it for me. The BBB should put them out of business.
