I ordered a BBQ cover on the 4th May (it is now the 15th June) and my credit card was charged very promptly however the product isn't even showing as shipped yet. Numerous emails to customer services to chase the order and more recently to cancel the order keep on going nowhere. There are two people who respond to them Jujie and Mary. They use broken English which is fine but they come out with utter garbage such as "the department has been sent a ticket for the tracking number", more recently they are now saying they are setting a meeting up with the management to discuss my issue. They never answer the direct question of cancelling the order and refunding the money.
This has been handed to my credit card company now as the company is obviously a scam and I feel sorry for anyone who uses them. Don't believe the positive reviews you see when searching them, most people believe this is their own staff adding them.
Ordered some patch cables and a router and got here in in perfect condition. Fully recommend.
Like previous shoppers I too am ordering from overseas and the price was fabulous. Saved after exchange, shipping and small taxes just under half the retail price here.
I will tell others about this company. BTW I received an order confirmation email, and sent for shipping email and also the tracking number email. Arived in 6 days from USA.
I ordered a Baby Alive for my niece and saved just under half the price advertised in the UK. Shipping was quick and I was able to track my parcel all the way to my door, it took just eight days which I was extremely happy with and the product was packaged very well too. All in all, excellent service and would use again :D
I thought that they forgot to send me a confirmation email for my order. I see now that my emails just didn't update for a week. The problem was on my end. Thank you bambuzo.com
This company is a joke. Bought two batteries from them totalling almost $300. Even paid for express delivery within 3-5 days totaling an insane $63, but really needed the items. They only sent one battery and it was over a week late.
Sent mutliple messages to customer service - VERY slow reply - we're talking days, and they don't even read your message - same automated message - your package has been dispatched.
Paypal of course saw the case in my favour. They will refund the total money, but cannot refund the return postage cost which is almost £20 GBP.
Utterly useless company which should be shut down.
Where is my item I ordered? I ordered this a month ago and after numerous emails with all the same replies from Brian "we are looking into this" still no further forward. I have asked on numerous occasion for the tracking number of the shipment and still I am no further forward? Happy to take my money and the goods never materialized!
Not sure why some people think bambuzo is bad. I ordered on the weekend and received my tracking number Monday morning. Item was delivered to my mail forwarding box in Florida 2 days later. I tool off one star for the website usability sometimes hard to find what I want without using search. Otherwise kudos.
I ordered a product from this company expecting delivery by this date. Called to check. Phone always hangs up while on hold for 'Next Representative'. Have sent several emails to no avail. Read reviews. Many share the same experience according to reviews I just read.
I bought a 3 pairs of special sunglasses that are not available here. Order last Thursday night and they have arrived today. Tuesday. Pretty amazing for over 14,000 km shipping distance.
Packaging was good but i would of preferred a stronger box instead of padded envelops.
I am trying to return an order and I have been unable to do it on line and there is no answer to my phone calls. This outfit seems like a scam to me. They sent my order but it came as a "Gift" from Shelby Franks through Amazon.com. When I contacted Amazon the only refund I could get was an Amazon Gift Card and not a credit to my VISA card. I have called several times and on different days -- either the phone is not answered or the automatic answering system answers and I am told that the Ext 900 mail box is full and is not accepting additional messages.
Forgot two chargers and one carrying case. Found them cheap online and including shipping cost less the my originals back home. Shipping was $12 all the way to Thailand.

The best part was that the entire process took 6 business days. Not sure how they make money since I checked the shipping through usps, fedex, and ups myself and it would have been $72.43. So... yes I am very happy!
I ordered some fox lights to be delivered to Australia. After 3 weeks (and close to lambing) I had still not received the lights. On further investigation through PayaPal, I find that my order has been cancelled (but not charged for) without my knowledge and no explanation or email. Appalling behaviour. I certainly won't go near this company again.
I had never heard of bambuzo.com but found them online and gave them a try. I waited about 6 days and then call and talked to a Mary. She was very helpful and updated me on the order. Best part she gave me a small but much appreciated discount for the delay.

Do NOT order anything from this excuse for an online shopping site! I am very deeply unsatisfied with the costumer service at the moment!
At about a week ago, I ordered something from this page due to the decent price. After checking daily to find out the status of the shipping, I checked monday to find out that my sale had been cancelled. Confused, I called the company to ask why. I was given know answer other than "I am not sure, I will fax this information and have them call you back. When I asked if I could simply get my money back, I was told this same message again. If I call the customer service, I expect to be given answers that I have as the customer, not to be told "I don't have the answers to your questions and I will have someone call you back".
I was not called back though, so I was forced to call again. The person I talked to this time stated that while bambuzo has the item in stock, my item was not shipped out because bambuzo's provider for the item did not have the item in stock. This makes absolutely no sense, as a company can not say they have an item in stock when their supplier does not. This means that I was blatantly lied to when I ordered the product and was told it was in stock.
The lady then assured me that I should have my money back within 24 to 48 hours, and if this was not the case, to email the company with proof of purchase.
This was on Monday. It is now Thursday, 72 hours later, and I have not received my money yet, or any explanation. When I email the company, I get an automated reply.
I am deeply disgusted and disappointed with every aspect of this failure of a site and I will not be shopping from here ever again. This is not a retail company, this is just a giant scam to rip people off.
Its been 41 days now and im still waiting for my parcel to get delivered. It says it was shipped 41 days ago and i have contacted them a numerous amount of times and they just simply reply with an automated email reply. 100% never ever ordering from here but just need to figure amount now if i can get my money back.
Without any explanation they cancelled my order twice to the UK. PayPal paid and they returned it. Totally pointless company. Do not use!
I ordered a DNKY ladies watch from Bambuzo, 2 days later I tried to cancel, but received an email a week later saying sorry item sent for shipping a month later I ask if I can have a tracking number, I received a reply item sent for shipping and awaiting tracking number, 2 months now and nothing, I have contacted PAYPAL to start a refund claim, they have sent Bambuzo a copy of my complaint. Keep well away from these scammers.
I ordered a set of headphones from this firm, no automated status, or notification of any sort to advise on the current situation. I had to contact THEM three times in order to establish the status of my order. One month later, I was still waiting, with no unprompted follow up, despite them stating that it had been escalated to management. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE USELESS. And the occasional review you see stating "Exelent service, 5 stars" etc... Is their marketing/PR "department" trying to repair the damage of genuine reviews...
Answer: Hi Caroline. Don't believe a word they say. Contact your bank and put in a claim advising you have not received your purchase. I was getting no response from this company Bambuzo so that it what I did put a claim in with the bank. Surprise surprise the very next day I got an email from Bambuzo telling me they have refunded my purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY... Victoria

Answer: I would play it safe and shop elsewhere for the item. I found out through my purchase through Bambuzo that the site may say "in stock", but this simply means that they have a company providing them the product, and will keep this status even if the supplier does not have the product in stock. They are also really slow with approving orders, notifying customers on the status of their orders, and even giving refunds for cancelled orders.
Answer: Link to the Rest of the question and To Respond didn’t work. My correspondence with Bambuzo was alarming. I often wondered if the respondent could read. Mostly the responses seemed like canned answers and were often not responsive to my question. My Credit Card Co covered it for me. The BBB should put them out of business.
