I strongly suspect that any positive reviews about Bambuzo are coming from shills. I should have known the deal was too good to be true. I ordered a $275 pair of binoculars and received a rifle scope that, upon looking it up on the web discovered was a discontinued model which had had an MSRP of $188 when it was on the market. Bamboo customer service is obviously well trained in giving people the run around. When I called they first disputed my claim that I had received the wrong item, then I was told that I needed to send them a photo of the item and the enclosed invoice (there wasn't one) and then they would obtain the RMA # for me and email it to me. I refused to do this and threatened legal action. After much back and forth on the phone and three or four days later I was emailed an RMA # and a "return shipping label." The return shipping label said Amazon on it. I am an Amazon Prime member and have never seen a return shipping label like it. The shipping label did not even indicate what carrier it was for, much more have a tracking number on it. The return label was for a Texas address, while Bambuzo is located in Nevada and the information on their website gives a Nevada address for processing returns. Honestly, I don't think the label was legit and I wasn't about to use it. Fortunately, I payed with PayPal and turned the mess over to them to handle. (BTW the address for Bambuzo that PayPal had and directed me to return the item to is a California address.) I wish I had spent just a minute to google them first because I would have never ordered. You might say that I was lucky in comparison to others; I lost around 5-6 hours of my life and $25 in return shipping charges. If you want to risk buying from Bambuzo pay with PayPal, and choose the payment after delivery option. If, or rather when things go south don't even contact Bambuzo, just file a PayPal claim.
Made a purchase and they charged my card. Never sent a confirmation for the order being placed. Never shipped my order. Acted like I never made a purchase with them even though my credit card was charged. Emailed them and tried calling them and got no response. They take your money and run with it! Very upset with this site.
I love bambuzo.com, had to get a case top replace one that i broke. They had it to me in 3 days. AAAAAA++++++++
I ordered a designer mens watch & Black gold rimmed Aviator Rayban Sunglasses. I never received the watch which was the most expensive item and the glasses that they posted were $2 cheap USA flag image sunglasses. Now they wont me to pay for return to them and pay for postage back to me. I don't see why I should incurr the cost when it was their fault and I never even received the watch. They keep sending automated messages with the same text in it. No explanation, no phone number to ring. I just keep getting same text email from a Mary & Jujie. All the good comments on here are posted by their own workers.The address they have on the website is totally different from the address on the sendee package and they put Amazon.com not their own company name Bambuzo.
Bought a bike for my grandson birthday who lives out of state. It arrived damaged and the customer service rep couldn't answer my questions very well. Just kept saying "I'm sorry this happened". Will return the bike and get a refund
Within minutes of placing an order, I changed my mind and called customer service to cancel. They informed me that it would be impossible to cancel and that I would have to receive the item and then request an RMA.
I also sent an email to customer service which was never answered.
On receiving the product. I was told I had to take a photograph of the product in order to request an RMA. I was told that it would take them up to 3 days to make a decision to authorize the return.
I am still fighting with the company.
I would never work with this company again.
Don't trust this company! I live in the UK, I ordered and paid for four Star Wars figures including post and packaging. Firstly when the BAG finally arrived the have put double value on it mean I had to double the duty on it. Secondly, with it only being in a bag there was no packing protecting the toys. Thirdly they only sent two of the four toys. I emailed there so called customer services which is not easy with the time difference, but they finally after a month of going back and fourth they agreed they were in the wrong and said if I return the items they would give me a full refund which was over one hundred pounds. The items were sent pack by ups parcel, ups notified me that the parcel was received by them, and since then I can not get any reply from them on the phone or by email. This has been going on for six months and I know I'm never going to my money back. I just don't what anyone else believe the bull$#*! of great service when they are just a bunch of con artist, liars and thieves.
There cheap for a reason, happy shopping means not using them.

So far, my experience has been very bad. Still waiting for my order after 7 days. They answered yesterday and said they would call back today with a reason why my order had not been shipped. So far, no luck.
I have used bambuzo 3 times and they get me stuff fast and exactly what i order. Will be back soon.
Where is my order? I ordered it 4 weeks ago and still not sign of it. I have tried to contact you several times by email and you have not responded. Before I place a official complaint with paypal and dispute this transaction with paypal. I would like to know exactly when my order is coming.

Bought a Garmin Golf GPS from Bambuzo. I bought the wrong one, which was admittedly my fault. Got a return number from them and paid for the item to be shipped from the UK back to the US. The delivery was tracked so I could see it was successfully returned over 2 moths ago. I've still not had a refund. I've sent chaser emails and had no response. Phoned them this evening, the number directs me to a voice mail, only I can't leave a message as their mail box is full! Looks like I'll have to try getting the money back from my credit card company.
Wish I'd looked before I bought as there a lots of reviews saying what a scam these guys operate! Don't go anywhere near them.
Sell for what you have it marked and don't cancel for your mistake, Canceled my order saying product was out of stock then 1 day later raise the price and somehow it is in stock. Not good business!
I like when a company picks up the phone. 100% happy with the company and will shop here again and tell my friends.
On July 28th, I ordered a tablet case with bluetooth keyboard for a SM-T520 10.1 tablet in black. They shipped a generic tablet case that was for a tablet that had no bluetooth keyboard, that was for a 7 inch tablet, in blue. They then asked me to ship it back and they woud immediately refund my money. Needless to say I shipped back their generic keyboard, I have the tracking number where it was received by them and their email stating that they would issue a refund. They still have not issued a refund. Their cutomer service is horrible and they do not seem to even know whats going on in their own company. Buyer beware and be ready to be scammed. Might as well flush your money down the toilet.

The company shipped the item in the wrong size and color. Also, it had an Amazon.com label and gift receipt with someone else's name on it. They never responded to my calls or emails. Also, I sent it back to the address the lady gave to me, through the one comment she made in the Paypal claim. She said it was never received. Luckily, I had the tracking number! I am out the amount for return shipping, but it could have been much worse. Thankfully, I used Paypal to pay and they finally got a refund for me.
I have shopped here 5 times now and each time love the speed and customer service. Usually get me tracking number within 8 hours of the order being placed. Very happy recommending them to everyone.

Answer: Hi Caroline. Don't believe a word they say. Contact your bank and put in a claim advising you have not received your purchase. I was getting no response from this company Bambuzo so that it what I did put a claim in with the bank. Surprise surprise the very next day I got an email from Bambuzo telling me they have refunded my purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY... Victoria

Answer: I would play it safe and shop elsewhere for the item. I found out through my purchase through Bambuzo that the site may say "in stock", but this simply means that they have a company providing them the product, and will keep this status even if the supplier does not have the product in stock. They are also really slow with approving orders, notifying customers on the status of their orders, and even giving refunds for cancelled orders.
Answer: Link to the Rest of the question and To Respond didn’t work. My correspondence with Bambuzo was alarming. I often wondered if the respondent could read. Mostly the responses seemed like canned answers and were often not responsive to my question. My Credit Card Co covered it for me. The BBB should put them out of business.
