Ordered on 14 September no goods received no refund no explanation just an automatic email about a "ticket" being reissued - totally disappointed please be careful
Made a purchase and made payment, 3 day later I received an email stating the item is not in stock!

I love bambuzo.com they got my gift to my son in another state in 2 days. What else can i ask for?
I ordered three different colors and one i didnt like, they sent me a shipping label and got my refund asap.
Like so many other people, I put in an order, was promised tracking information etc etc.
One month later, after numerous polite inquiries and finally, demands, all they continued with was the generic "thanks for your patience/we will investigate" blah blah.
No goods, no tracking, no answers!
Put in claim with PayPal and they sorted it... Bambuzo? NEVER AGAIN
I ordered a light fitting on 25th September and paid £41.93 ($63) shipping for 3-5 day delivery. I am still waiting for delivery over 4 weeks later. I asked for an update on 18th October and haven't received a response a week later. This is appalling.

Order date: 20 Sep 15, and they said shipped with USPS after 1 day.
Sent 5-6 email/complains (reply with similar 5-6 apologize notes) but still no shipment tracking note after almost 1 month (till today 16 Oct 15).
Asked for refund but they keep on saying item already shipped and ask me to wait.
Never ever use Bambuzo, unless you want to donate money to them.
Do not, whatever you do, order anything from www.bambuzo.com (though, to be fair, the name screams "keep away").
I ordered an item and paid for 3-5 days express delivery. In total, I paid $200. 08. 3 weeks later, I had no confirmation email, no item and no response to my emails requesting information. Whilst I'm reasonable enough to accept that international deliveries take longer, an absolute wall of silence, and nothing on their website to suggest my item had even shipped, is not good.
At first all I wanted was news of my order. I could wait, as long as I knew what the score was. I emailed and used their websites "Contact us" facility. Total wall of silence from Bambuzo.
I had to post on their facebook and twitter pages before I had even one response. On Facebook messenger I received "What is your order number?". To date, the sum total of correspondence I have had from bambuzo.com is 2 facebook messages.
On the flip-side, I opened a dispute through PayPal to get my money back. Their dispute pages took me through everything I needed to know, and within 24 hours, I had my refund.
In short, Bambuzo: very, very bad! www.Paypal.com: brilliant!
Ordered early morning monday last week took 7 full days to get here... I only paid $5 for shipping but that doesnt sound like express shipping to me.
No response, tickets not updated, promises to call back not kept. Quite the worst customer service ever. £90 down and no sign of the goods
I ordered a simple item from a national brand company. Eighteen days later, I have no tracking number and no product. When contacting customer care, I receive a canned response that "this will be immediately escalated to my manager and rest assured, I will update you." When I log into the site to review the status of the "ticket", the ticket has been closed; no response, no update. Additionally, the phone number they provide goes straight to a busy signal; no ringing. Super disappointed I have wasted my time to save (literally) five dollars. Not worth it. I encourage you to not do business with Bambuzo; it's worth a few extra bucks to shop somewhere more reliable.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE I ordered a simple cat water fountain worked for less than 12 hours totally ignored by bambuzo customer service only asked for new pump no communication from this company stear well clear
After weeks of emails back and forth, they have given me no help, made all kinds of promises through their "trouble ticket" system which I think is an intentional scam to waste time thinking they are working on your problem... but after a month - nothing. No help. Never received my daughter's backpack. Just disputed charge with credit card company and got my money back.
Ordered the Teen Titans Go! Tower for my son's birthday. When it did not arrive after a month I questioned them only to be told that they had not shipped it as it was not in stock.
Does not deserve to be in business.
I love the new bluetooth connection, ordered online, got a confirmation in the email with receipt in less then 1 minute. Was updated in approved status, sent for shipping status and tracking number emailed to me in 17 hours. Product arrived in 4 days and exactly what i ordered. I reccomend to everyone and will tell my friends too. :)
Ordered a playset from bambuzo.com for my kids, outdoor set and it was a very large. Paid $5 shipping to get the set delivered to my home in 3 days. Weight about 140 pounds... VERY HAPPY
The headphones arrived fast and makes listening to music a real pleasure. I would advise a good quality preamp though to really enjoy the headphone to the max.
Ordered the wrong thing, I opened a RMA and got the label in 12 hours. Returned and got a full refund. Recommend.
Answer: Hi Caroline. Don't believe a word they say. Contact your bank and put in a claim advising you have not received your purchase. I was getting no response from this company Bambuzo so that it what I did put a claim in with the bank. Surprise surprise the very next day I got an email from Bambuzo telling me they have refunded my purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY... Victoria
Answer: They seem to respond to the better business bureau. Try them.
Answer: I would play it safe and shop elsewhere for the item. I found out through my purchase through Bambuzo that the site may say "in stock", but this simply means that they have a company providing them the product, and will keep this status even if the supplier does not have the product in stock. They are also really slow with approving orders, notifying customers on the status of their orders, and even giving refunds for cancelled orders.
Answer: Link to the Rest of the question and To Respond didn’t work. My correspondence with Bambuzo was alarming. I often wondered if the respondent could read. Mostly the responses seemed like canned answers and were often not responsive to my question. My Credit Card Co covered it for me. The BBB should put them out of business.
