After shopping, several companies for pricing, I came across bamboo and was placed in contact with Richard L. Outstanding customer service and was able to help me with a new policy was which was half the price of what I am currently paying, Thank you, Bamboo and I will refer all my friends to you!

While dealing with your representative, Noah, was fine, the connection between Homesite, Bamboo, Travelers, etc., was more than confusing and not clarified from the outset.
