I purchased a Louis Vuitton and the description stated it was in prestine quality. In less than 4 months the bag deteriorated. When I contacted customer service I was told, they wouldn't do anything and that the bags issues were my fault. They included a web address for a bag restoration company. I have attached their response email. I could not get someone to answer their customer service phone number. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY.
I am so in love with my bag I want to buy it! The whole process was super easy, received my bag very fast.
I am pleased with the condition of the bag, except for one thing it does have a slight perfume odor. It's not bothersome, but I would've preferred that I didn't have this smell. The only other problem I had was with the delivery. The delivery notification said that signature was required, but they left the package at my door without even ringing the doorbell. This is concerning because there are a lot of package thefts in my neighborhood. Other than this, I am pleased with the service and product and would rent from you again.

I sent in photos of my Louis Vuitton to sell it to BBS. They sent me a quote. I sent in my bag placing it in a dust bag and then into a plastic bag surrounded by tissue paper. They rejected my bag. That's fine but when it was returned it was placed in a box with the dust bag in the bag with a small piece of bubble wrap on the top. And my bag now has a chemical smell which I am hoping fades. Very poor handling. I sell on Poshmark and on Facebook and I pack a $10 item better than this. I suggest steering clear of selling to them.

Submitted a couple of weeks back and I guess it wasn't posted cuz they basically took my money because they sold me a fake purse and then they claimed to not sell fakes. I received the gorgeous handbag in excellent condition. The process was handled professionally, and my bag was delivered quickly.
BBOS agreed to purchase an LV bag of mine for $1140. Bag was in excellent used condition and authentic as verified by expert outside authentication. I provided 10+ images indicating condition of bag as well as age noted on tag. I turned down multiple other offers from others to purchase bag as BBOS outbid then by $100 or so. Per their instructions, I packed and shipped them the bag only to have them decide they did not want to purchase it with no explanation given. I reached out via phone and email to no avail. No responses ever received. I have not even been advised when my bag will be returned. I'm mortified at this company's ethics and service. Shame on them.

At Bag Borrow or Steal the authentication of our items is our number 1 priority. When a customer feels an item is not authentic we let them know that if a third party authentication service determines that the item is not authentic, we will refund their purchase and pay the authentication service fee. That way, the customer doesn’t need to take our word for it.
For this customer, about 4 months after the purchase they indicated that they felt the item wasn’t authentic because it was wearing differently from an item her mother had. We suggested that she should get it authenticated from a third party but her responses focused on the condition of the bag and not the authenticity.
The bag she purchased was in well-loved condition with the following condition notes on the website when she purchased it “Exterior Front Scratched. Exterior Back Scratched. Exterior Handle Discolored, Scratched. Exterior Corners Discolored, Peeling. Exterior Top Discolored, Scratched. Pratical Attachment Scratched. Exterior Front Scratched. Exterior Back Scratched. Exterior Handle Discolored, Scratched. Exterior Corners Discolored, Peeling. Exterior Top Discolored, Scratched. Pratical Attachment Scratched.”
We do not believe this is an authenticity issue based on the customer's responses, but if she has it authenticated by a third party and it is not authentic, we will take it back and refund her purchase.
