I've made several purchases with bag, borrow or steal and been very satisfied each & every time with one exception. Once an order is placed & received, I stop getting daily emails. Just because a purchase has been made does not mean I wish to stop receiving emails

Love the bag but there was a string antibiotic type smell so I added a sachet of unstoppables to remedy it. Beautiful bag not sure how the return process works since this is my first borrow so please advise.

We do find it unfortunate when we have to cancel an order, but we do not charge the credit card until we ship the order.
When the customer places an order, we authorize the card for the amount. If the order is cancelled, we simply void the authorization. The customer may see the transaction as pending until the authorization is voided.
If the customer uses a credit card, they will not see anything on their statement since the transaction was never processed so there will not be a charge or a refund. If the customer used a debit card, their bank may take a few days to release the funds the bank held to complete the transaction once the authorization is voided.
