We have indeed encountered a few challenges with shipping orders in a timely manner during the holiday season last year, as we were severely underprepared for dealing with the surge in volume of orders. Yeah, the zipper opens from the top or bottom. But it does not open completely.
They don't tell you that, and they get bent if you tell them that.
Get a nice Merino Wool Sweater instead.
Hi Paul, thank you for taking a moment to post your feedback here! Indeed, our product features a 2-way zip that is designed to open from the bottom of the zip as well as from the top. This type of a zip adds extra breathability and better temperature control, as well as easier access to internal pockets (our hoodie has 6 of them!). To use it, we recommend that you follow these steps:
1. Zip both sliders down to the very bottom and press them together.
2. Insert zip edge into both sliders - it's important that the zip edge is inserted into both sliders and firmly locked in place at the bottom of the second slider
3. Zip the top (and the bottom) slider to a desired height
4. To unzip, just go in reverse
However, if these don’t work, it’s possible that your zipper is damaged. In that case, kindly send me an email that shows the defect at [email protected] so I can look into this and assist you further.
I found that the size is not quite true (bigger).
For an expensive hoodie the quality was not as good as it should have been.
Overall it is still a warm good hoodie.

The jacket is great and warm. The hood however is too big to be useful. This would be perfect if the hood could be removable.

Was dissapointed pocket on chest was to small to hold my Samsung Note Ultra! The hood is big enough to put a bears head in, looks awkward.

I purchased this item last year. The only issue that I have is that the zipper is on the wrong side. Items for men have the zipper slider on the right when unfastened. This hoodie has the zipper slider on the left. I ended up giving the item to my wife. She loves it.
Size chart on the site is horrible. I tried both sizes, XL and XXL and the length is horrible. I am 6' 1", barely fits my torso. Al, communications with the company were on the sketchy side. I have a feeling these jackets are leftovers for the People's Liberation Army. While the YouTube ads make it appear that it is revolutionary, it is just a big wad of fleece with many pockets that is extremely ill fitting. Plus, what is the deal with zipper being on the wrong side?

This is a great jacket and performs as advertised. It is incredibly warm and works great as a midwieght jacket against wind and really cold temperatures and also works great as a layer on extremely cold days.
A couple of minor problems; started with the length of time it took to get the jacket delivered, it took over a month for it to arrive, it was worth the weight but pretty irritating to say the least. The other issue was one of the waste tightening cords broke and came out and I have only had the jacket less than a year. Otherwise it is a great jacket.
Horrible fit, super thin, not worth the money. Honestly one of the worst fleece jackets I have ever owned. Tried to return for refund but that hassle was not worth it, DO NOT PURCHASE

Lastly, based on the date you placed your order, it seems that you received the old version of our product, where the zipper was on the left side. The reason for this placement is because our product was designed in Europe, where zippers are usually positioned that way.
