Never heard of back market before so I was naturally skeptical of the low prices items that were new. The independent seller was great and the product was also great and exactly as described.

The phone came quick ready to use. It was in good condition and worked flawless. Great communication throughout the whole process.

I ordered an iPhone 13. I needed it quickly for travelling. I'm the day it was due to arrive they contacted me to say they'd made a stock error and so couldn't give me the phone I'd ordered. I'd avoid this company at all costs. Not worth the hassle. I'm now going to Apple.

Due to Covid-19 affect, last Christmas, I could not afford to buy a new Electronic appliances, so for the first time in my life, I bought refurbished Iphone 12 Pro and Macbook Pro 13" from Backmarket at quite reasonable price. Amazingly, I received both of which at excellent condition, there is no single scratch, both of them work perfect without any trouble. The only thing I missed is peeling off the seal on the screen of itemsas it came to me perfect as a new items, after I bought items from Backmarket, I forget about such "peeling off seal feeling" which cost me over 30-40% of what I bought.
I will keep on buying all of electronic home applicances from Backmarket in future.
Thanks to using Backmarket products, I believe that I (and may be you too) are giving great enviroment protection why we can save quite a lot.

Great product. It took a week to arrive in FL because I had to fix the Zipcode after ordering the product. So instead of UPS 2-day delivery, I got the product delivered by USPS. But the phone condition was really good. Just some (almost unperceptive) minor scratches on the screen, but I bought a glass cover and these scratches can't be seen anymore. Fair price for a great product.

My budget was very limited but I needed an iPhone to easily and safely do mobile banking. As I was looking up certified refurbished iPhones, Backmarket's website came highly recommended. I checked it out and I was amazed at the variety of products. I had enough budget for an iPhone 7, categorized excellent or very good quality, and 128gb. Customer support gave me updates as I was awaiting the delivery. Because of some weird set up that all Fedex deliveries are converged in Tennessee, the iPhone coming from Las Vegas, took 2 days more from the ETA. But that was not too bad since the product came intact and in excellent condition as described. I've been using it for over a week now... sooo pleased with it. Will definitely buy again from Backmarket in the future!

I've placed several orders from BackMarker and purchased 3 iPhone XR's. I ordered all "excellent" condition but was unhappy with the quality of some. Returned for new ones without any issue at all. BackMarket was always responsive to my concerns (almost daily emails) checking in if I'm happy with the response from the seller and if my issue was resolved. My 3 daughters are thrilled with their new phones and I am happy to give a 5-star review. I would definitely order again from them. My wallet is happier too. The only thing I may do differently is order the "good" condition and lower my expectations just a bit. The first 3 I ordered all had visible scratches on the screen, which according to the website, there shouldn't be any. Sent those back for 3 from a different seller, one came with a pretty big ding on it. Sent that back again. Got another one (that took longer than expected but there was a bad snowstorm) and this one came with a chip in the frame but we are living with it. Overall though, the company was excellent to deal with.

I never give reviews. Back Market is that good; we recently purchased our second laptop and they are fine units. Due to operator error, we thought there was a problem with the first unit. When I contacted Back Market, they couldn't have been more helpful. It's always gratifying to see someone in business rational enough to know to value of their customers; repeat business and word of mouth.We'll be back. We saved approximately $1500

Was a bit skeptical since i was buying a refurbished phone. Ordered a excellent condition, have to say the phone came in mint condition no scratches whatsoever, its good as new. Ordered another one its on way. I highly recommend back market

This was my first order with Back Market. I looked on the Big A site, and found really bad products, prices were ok, but reviews bad. So i looked elsewhere, and found these guys. They really take a personal approach to this business, and communicate alot during the process. I will buy more from these guys, they are really good at this.

I ordered a refurbished "excellent" condition computer on 12/5/2021 for a Christmas gift (and for school purposes) for my daughter. After she opened it and logged in, it instantly had problems. The screen was sideways, glitchy and had massive technical issues. I contacted customer service just to jump hoop after hoop down endless roads of lies from spending massive time cleaning our info off the computer to sending them 10 photos to prove we weren't the ones who made it "broken" and sent it back. They had 5 days to turn it around back to me and failed to do so. Three weeks later I got it- late. I asked for a phone number and they refused to give me one. I asked for a refund and they told me I could refuse the computer to get it. The computer finally came and we reinstalled all of our passwords and got into it just to find the exact same thing was wrong with it except this time the computer and charging cord were worse - scuffed up and damaged even though I paid for one in excellent condition. I reported them to the better business bureau as they still refuse to speak to me by phone and tell me I have to send this second broken one back and go through the whole shipping process of photos to prove I didn't damage the second one. They are taking no responsibility at all and it's been three months I ordered a computer in excellent condition for my child to use for school assignments. This place is a scam. They don't care and they will steal your money. They still have not helped me and we still have a broken computer - two computers in a row from them. Watch out. This place is one that will take your money and run!
