I was a bit nervous to use Back Market to make my first purchase through them, but after googling a few of their reviews, I decided to take the plunge. From all the reviews giving praises to backmarket, I suppose the products purchased worked just fine. Dont get caught with a product that doesnt work as advertised, you will be going in circles looking for a way to return the product. The Return Option DOES NOT exist on the backmarket website, there is no "Contact us" Nothing. If you purchase a product and its defective you are Plucked

Backmarket has reserved my trust in reused electronics. Both my wife and I use phones purchased from them and have not had a lick of trouble. In the future, if we need to purchase a tech item, we would look here as a starting point.

I was hesitant to purchase a iPhone for my husband here, turns out it was a GREAT decision! The iPhone XR (I chose very good) came in excellent condition. The seller shipped fast, packaging was acceptable, and everything came as described. The purchase also comes with a 12 month (limited) warranty!

I am a professional musician and full time teacher. I use this laptop to prepare and run several online courses, course pages for individual lessons and ensembles, in addition to regular online activity and daily use. First thing I did was upgrade to the Monterey OS and was off and running.

I received a LIKE NEW laptop advertised as "Fair Condition". Cosmetically there were some very minor scuff marks on the casing. Otherwise everything was in perfect shape and works blazingly well. Fast performing, lots of memory. Everything I need for online work and various music and recording software apps. $1600-$2000 device for $400.

I definitely plan to use Back Market again.

Cosmetically, it is flawless, and everything works without any problems. The transfer was easy enough with a few tweaks and a bit of assistance from Verizon. I definitely made one of my best purchasing decisions by choosing Back Market and am happy to highly recommend this company for all of your refurbished tech needs.

I ordered a Chromebook and it arrived fast so delivery is quick. My Chromebook was new looking I will be using this site again when I buy a phone. U won't be disappointed when u place your orders

Being able to purchase a great laptop refurbished is a dream come true. I was desperately seeking a secondhand laptop and BackMarket made it so easy. The laptop arrived exactly as described and I still can't get over what a great deal it was.

This samsung a52 5g phone works perfectly its good rating had a few very light scratches on the screen from normal use and no other real markings. Activation was easy after getting the phone, but I was denied before having it. Thank you so much for the great phone.

They are serious about inspecting their refurbishing vendors through a step by step process, and they have a good reputation. After looking at other sites, I decided to take a chance on a used Galaxy S10. It was listed as in very good condition for $300.00, just right for my budget. It arrived two days later without a scratch, in excellent condition. It was easy to set up. Oh yeah, I will order order from Backmarket again!.
