I was in need of a new phone due to having the Samsung S8 and for this first time since my EVO, dropping it and shattering the glass. I searched other sites for either people selling their devices or manufacturers selling refurbished devices. People selling their phone is somewhat a dangerous option with the meet up thing. Manufacturers selling their refurbished devices was like buying a repaired phone at retail price and then there was Back Market. They refurbish devices and get them close to new status and sell them at a reasonable price with the option of getting protection for your purchase backing up their work. This is my second purchase from Back Market and I worked in the cellphone industry for 16yrs where I never had to buy a phone or tablet. They are dependable, fast and friendly. I definitely recommend you give them a try. I just upgraded to a 5G device and I'm very happy with my purchase and will be getting a 3rd device soon. Thanks BM for being a quality company with great workers who refurbish the devices. I know what it takes to do it. Keep up the great work.

Purchased a Samsung Galaxy S10+ to replace my dying S9. Price was excellent especially as when received the device looks like it's brand new. Not a mark on the casing. Performance is perfect, expanded storage as spec'd, integration with everything it is supposed to hook up with. No complaints at all. Cannot comment on customer service as fortunately i have not needed any. Strongly recommended & I will check on them when shopping in the future.

With the many sights and different apps I have used, back market has really surprised me with its fast paced, and simple design, in which customer and supplier benefit. With the many features and simplicity of things, I would totally recommend to all who are willing to use it. Amazing product for cheap, no getting cheated, and customer protection all in one. Backmarket is connecting buyers with lots of different resellers of used/refurbished hardware. The prices can and do fluctuate based on what is available and what resellers are selling the hardware one is searching for. I feel like used macbook i ordered was delivered in the advertised condition and shipped fast. I will certainly use backmarket again, and i have no complaints about my experience. The macbook is used, and looks used. There are no scratches on the screen and everything works as it should, and the battery is in great shape. Using sitejabber has certainly been the most negative part of this experience. I would give it 1 star on a review site about review sites. Lol

1. Shipment was DELAYED.
2. Package was UNABLE to be tracked.
3. I received the package DAMAGED.
4. Contacted Back Market with NO RESPONSE.
5. Back Market REFUSED to confirm that I would receive a refund.
6. Back Market STOPPED responding (until I reached out to my bank)
7. Back Market REFUSED to follow the terms and conditions.
8. Back Market claimed I signed something... nothing was signed.
9. Client CONFIRMED I would receive a refund in full in 3 days... NEVER occurred
10. Back Market employees FAILED to provide me with helpful information.
11. Back Market employees FAILED to read the prior response I was inquiring about.
12. Back Market employee "diego" FAILS to answer the question I asked.
13. Back Market STOLE my money. The company is stealing and sending broken objects to customers and scamming people for money.
14. No employee's responses aligned. All provided different information.

The only employee that has successfully read and responded to a question I have asked.

Everyone else, you either failed to read and understand English, or were too lazy to type out an original nonautomatic response.

This is a warning to anyone thinking about ordering here: DO NOT ORDER HERE! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY & LIE TO YOU TO GET WHAT THEY WANT! DO NOT RISK LOSING YOUR MONEY. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

I bought an Iphone XR "excelent condition" AND a phone case with screen protector from another seller. The phone received had several visible scratches and the screen was cracked in one corner. The seller offered partial reimbursement or return and full refund, I choosed return and they sent a return label. Then I tried to return the case and screen protector, seller accepted and asked to ship but they won't provide a return label because it was not their fault.
I contacted customer service and kindly let me know that they couldn't do anything, even when it wasn't my fault so, I should either pay to ship the case back or keep the case for a phone I don't have, period.

I wasn't sure what to expect since I had never heard of this company. I was blown away! Excellent payment process, really great selection. The seller I worked with was equally impressive. I'll definitely be a returning customer and will recommend to friends and family.

Purchased a phone, promised 3 business days delivery, first sends a shipping invoice with ups, later we notice it has not been picked up. Contact them (backmarket, they sent us a link saying this us our seller, could take a day to contact.)

Seller contacts and gas switched shipper; and now us days late. Our choices" driver to Gainesville Florida to pick up at hub, only 8 hrs, drive away. Or cancel

We provided PICTURAe of cc, south dakota drivers license, proof of validated home address with FedEx. Nope.

Then called backstreet they can't help, thay are "just a market place facilator. In other words they skim but don't help.

I was skeptical at first because I have bought refurbished phones from other companies and have had good luck. But the other companies did not have the phone I wanted so I thought I would give Back Market a try. So happy that I did. The phone came in just a few days and it looks like new. I will never buy a new phone again. Save myself a lot of $ and will definitely buy from Back Market in the future.

I was skeptical about purchasing a refurbished item; however I was getting it as a gift for my sister since she had destroyed her phone. I was very impressed by the quality and price! I don't think I will be purchasing directly from the manufacturer any more. The price I paid was much lower than the manufacturer and for the same quality.

Really super impressed with my new phone! It came quicker than expected and quality was fantastic just as described. Would definitely recommend to anyone--and I do too! Lol. But great decision with ordering from these guys.

This is the place to go when in need of anything electronic, especially if you don't mind any used products. All products are tested, fixed and cleaned if need be.

I was in the market to get a newer model IPad, as mine no longer took the latest IOS updates, preventing me from using several Apps I relied on. I did my research and finally settled on trying Backmarket. I'm glad I did. Shipping was extremely fast, communication was spot on and the condition was far better than expected. If anyone is questioning whether or not to try a refurbished product, pull the trigger and try out Backmarket. 12 month warranty doesn't hurt either.

I purchased an iphone 11 for my granddaughter. It was advertised in "excellent" condition. It looked new out of the box, no scratches, etc. It arrived on time. She has had it approximately 2 weeks and it has performed perfectly. Will purchase again from this company. 100% satisfied.

It took me a couple of weeks to write this because I need the expert advice of my Graand son, Ben, who is tops in reviewing IPhones. I personally still am more used to the old phones that had a cord and were attached to the wall.
