Well i ordered beats ear buds and mixed address but guess what i reported and yes i did recieve them back market is the best is cheap and reliable try it you wont regret

A great way to save up. I purchased refurbished earbuds from Back Market with excellent condition and was impressed. There was no difference between new one and came with original seal.

I purchased a refurbished phone from Back Market on 2/19/22. There was also the offer to trade in my old phone for a refund which was convenient so I signed up for that too. I got the phone and it was perfect. I then sent in the old phone, and after Back Market confirmed that it was in pristine condition they sent an email with a form to fill out for the return. I was shocked to see that not only were they asking for my bank account number, but they asked for the last digits of my social security number – which is NOT needed to transfer money to someone's account. There is also zero information in their Ts&Cs that this information would be required. I responded to multiple emails asking me to complete the form for that returb that I was not going to give them that info and to please just send a check, use an alternate electronic payment method (Paypal, Venmo Apple Pay, refund my credit card, etc.) or simply return the phone. After about 6 emails, none of which received a response, I called customer service. I explained the situation and the call center representative in India hung up on me. Not the kind of company you want to be dealing with.

It's scary to think about the total amount of information they would have after a return: your name, address, email address, phone number, bank account number and the last 4 digits of your social security number. A big database of that information would definitely be worth some money – perhaps someone's retirement plan?

I disputed the refund amount with my bank, but want to warn other potential customers. If you want to trade in your phone, I would highly recommend you do it elsewhere.

I ordered replacement phones for my daughter and myself. The phone were delivered quickly and they were exactly as stated in the description. They were shipped separately but the second phone was received a day earlier than expected and they've been great since we received them. I will definitely be ordering from backmarket again in the near future.

I had purchased a pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds plus from these guys. I had never been on their website before and had never heard of them either. When I saw they had these Samsung Earbuds in quality condition for $80 after tax I was a little skeptical. However, to my surprise when I got them in they looked amazing. When I tested them I was surprised and how good they sounded for the price. The battery life lasts a whole lot longer then the Jabra Elite 65t earbuds I was previously using. Customer service was amazing. If I had a question about my purchase, they were quick to respond and did a great job of answering it. Safe to say if I want something else but don't want to spend a fortune to get it, I will be using these guys.

Plenty of choices and user friendly interface... purchased a phone for my daughter (iPhone XR in good condition). I will order from them again!

I had a great experience with back order. I ordered a phone in good condition. There were only two minor defects on the surface of the display screen. They're hard to notice unless I am really looking for them.

I love that I can get a refurbished device for several hundred dollars less than the price of refurbish devices through Apple. This means I can get the high end Device at a price I can afford.

Without back market, I would not be able to afford such a nice iPhone. I'm thrilled with my device. The shipping was quite fast as well.

I had never heard of Back Market. I was looking for a Apple watch, series 6. Dont recall how Back Market site came up but it did and I am glad it did! I havent looked at other offerings from BM but i certainly will and suggest to others that this is a place to begin your search.
Watch arrived quick, packaged well, and watch works perfectly, no scratches, damage of any sort.

I am a first time customer on Back Market, but I have no buyer-regrets. I bought an iPhone 12 Pro Max for my mom as an early birthday/Christmas present, and it arrived fairly quick in pretty good condition. I bought it under "good," and the phone was just as described. (However, when we took it in to T-Mobile, the representative did bring up how the phone looked refurbished. I don't know if that is a bad thing, but the phone has been working well. It took a bit for the apps to load upon transfer from her past iPhone 8 Plus, but so far no regrets. All in all, looking through the site is as hassle-free as selecting an item and adding it into Cart to pay. I have no complaints about Back Market at this time. My first buying experience on there has been excellent.

What a joy to receive what looked like a brand new MacBook pro. It was designated as "good" but honestly, it's perfect! Fast turnaround, and when I mistakenly received a package for someone else, they were very responsive about getting it reshipped. I will DEFINITELY be looking for future products at Back Market!

The refurbished Samsung Galaxy Tablet I purchased so great. Works well, looks new. Came with the power cable. However the packing of the tablet was insufficient for safe arrival. It was loosely packaged and rattled when it arrived. Because it wasn't packed well, stand was chipped and broken. More packing would have resolved this.

About four days before the seller refunded my money, I ordered an 11 pro. This evening, I got an alert that my order was refunded, and did not get an explanation as to why. I have ordered from this company before but I didn't have any problems with it. Somewhat satisfied (because my last order) but it could be better

I recently ordered a reconditioned iPhone from Back Market. The phone arrived as promised and the condition was quite exceptional, especially when it had been listed as "good" condition. It has replaced an older android model. It functions well and serves me better than its predecessor. I give Back Market high marks for their service.

I don't know if it's because buying a refurbished phone is usually a disappointing experience or if it's because the name of the website (backmarket) is so close to "black market", but I almost didn't purchase an item from this website! In the end, I'm so glad I did! Excellent quality for a great price and very good communication throughout. I'm very satisfied and am planning another purchase already!

Having a hard time getting Verizon to except my phone so right now it's just a toy I haven't been able to use it yet I don't understand why maybe because it isnt a verizon phone im going Try again to see if Verizon will hook up my phone I have my old old phone that works I have to use the speaker at all time I love my phone but I can't use it as a phone I can't call or text or nothing so I don't know what's gonna happen I'm sorry
